This gorgeous condo is located at Laketown Wharf and features 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms & sleeps 6! With a gorgeous gulf view from the balcony, lake view from the walkway & many amenities on-site, this is the perfect spot for your next beach vaca!

The living room has plenty of open space for all of your guests along with beautiful views of the gulf through the balcony. It also features a sleeper sofa, dining area for 4 & a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for your use such as a stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher. It also features extra seating on the island.

Another sleeping space is located in the bunk alcove and master bedroom. The master features a queen bed, closet, flat-screen TV & private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Relaxing with a beautiful view

The unit was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen area was updated and beautiful. The balcony allowed for a view of the ocean and walking out the door was a view of the fountain area. Easy booking process. I will be staying at this unit again and would highly recommend to other people.

Summer Break Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughters and I had a great time in PCB. The condo was extremely spacious and very clean. It was within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. There were some negative comments about the elevators, which we experience the day we arrived, but after that, we had no concerns the rest of our stay. The condo is on the 18th floor, so that helped as well. I would highly recommend this location.
