Renovation notice: posted 8/17/2025
Long Beach Resort will undergo exterior renovations for August 18 2025 through the end of March 2026.
Balcony and exterior repairs will begin August 18th.
During this period guests may experience construction noise, pool closures, and modified entryways.
Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project.
- Lagoon Pool closure 11/28/25-1/30/25
- East pool closure (between tower 1 and 2) 8/28/25-11/28/25
- West pool closure (between tower 3and 4) 10/20/25-3/13/25
- Balconies on the east side of tower 4 will close 11/3-12/26
Please note all dates are approximate. Enjoy your stay at “Drift Away” a beautiful one-bedroom condo on the Gulf of Mexico at Long Beach resort. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf from floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom. Never miss watching a serene sunrise or stunning sunset from the spacious balcony.
Spring Breakers please add $500.00 refundable security deposit.

About Long Beach Resort - Panama City Beach Florida
Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building. There are three pools, two polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it's own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open March thru September. Long Beach Resort has a great central location and is conveniently located near all the great restaurants, golf courses, putt putt, kids attractions and Wal Mart is just across the street.

My husband and I are new owners at Long Beach resort. We are excited to share our condo with you and hope you enjoy it and love it as much as we do! We have vacationed in PCB for the last 10 years. We chose Long beach resort for many reasons. We love all the amenities Long beach has to offer!
Large lagoon pool with hot tub
"The Hangout" located next to the lagoon pool serving drinks and food
2 additional heated pools with 2 additional hot tubs
Parking right outside condo...not across the street
Condo is gated with security onsite
Huge beachfront so it never gets overcrowded
Large 30 foot balcony when spending time in the condo.
If that is not enough we are located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to many attractions and shopping!
