L’appartement est plus grand qu’il n’y paraît sur les photos, nous étions à l’aise à 6 personnes. Il est bien équipé, avec une très jolie vue des 2 balcons. La communication avec le propriétaire et la personne qui gère les arrivées est très facile.L’emplacement est top à 5 min du centre, 1 min de la fromagerie et des magnifiques berges du giffre.L’allée est en pente et il n’y a pas de place de parking couverte donc chaînes obligatoires en hiver.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement !
L'appartement est bien situé, tout proche de l'arrêt de la navette qui mène aux oeufs (qui passe tous les 1/4h environ). Il est également tout proche du centre-ville qui est charmant et vivant. Il y a également un Carrefour Market à 5 min en voiture avec des prix corrects et une boulangerie très bonne à 10 minutes en voiture.
l'appartement est bien situé avec la navette la remontée vers Samoens 1600 est rapide
le confort est bon pour 8 personnes c'est vraiment le maximum
attention électricité vers l’évier peut être un peu risquée

Nicht gereinigt, ungespültes total verdrecktes Geschirr in der Spülmaschine, kein einziger Abfalleimer geleert, Waschbecken verdreckt, Backofen nicht nutzbar, da die Bleche komplett verkrustet von der Dame der Agentur mitgenommen wurden (die Dame hat zuvor noch alles gespült auf unser Betreiben hin).
Töpfe, Pfannen etc. uralt und kaum noch nutzbar.
Betten waren noch von den Vormietern bezogen - insgesamt einfach ekelhaft!
L'appartement est fonctionnel avec une jolie vue sur les arbres. Il a très bien convenu pour un couple et 3 enfants. Comme amélioration je dirais qu'il manque des volets ou rideaux bien plus épais pour la chambre parentale pour ne pas être réveillé par la lumière extérieure et qu'il y ait un service de ménage après chaque locataire, on se sentirait mieux de le savoir.
Je recommande cette location!
