The ground floor features a large living/dining room with a fireplace (a wooden trunk is provided), a lounge area with a smart TV, numerous board games and books, so everyone can find something to relax in! A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area opens onto the wooden terrace and barbecue. A guest toilet and a laundry area complete this ground floor and add a very practical bonus.
Upstairs, four large bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 people!
- a bedroom with double bed and an extra bed,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed,
- a third bedroom with a double bed
- and the last one with a bunk bed and two twin beds.
All the bedrooms retain the charm of this historic residence with their antique parquet floors and high ceilings! Two bathrooms complete this floor, each with a shower and toilet.
Outside, an above-ground pool (open from June 15th to August 31st), a swing set, a large south-facing wooden deck with a parasol, string lights, and a barbecue, all in a natural setting!
