Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaningâweâre here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys or parking passes? Thatâll be $125.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.
Trash Policy: Dumpster enclosure is outside our unit to the left. Do Not Block Dumpster at any time. We do not have recycling at this time.
Laundry: There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor.
Parking Info: You may park in the garage, the space marked â217â, and there is a yellow guest pass inside the entrance for use of one guest parking space in any 300-399 numbered space. There is a $75 replacement fee if this is not left on the table at checkout. Please display at all times.
