Esta casa tiene capacidad para 14. Nuestra acogedora y abierta casa de playa se encuentra en la tranquila y tranquila Old Beach. Nuestra casa está a 2 cuadras de la playa frente al mar y a poca distancia del centro de convenciones, un supermercado de lujo, restaurantes, el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, el parque de patinaje y todas las actividades divertidas y lugares de interés que ofrece el paseo marítimo. The home had tons of room and was very clean. It made for a great central meeting point for family from out of town for our son’s wedding. It was well stocked, close to everything and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

This is a spacious house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms plenty of room to move around! Location is excellent for walking to the beach and the many other fun things to do in the area.

Beach vacation

Property was in walking distance to most everything we needed, but was off a busy street which could be loud at times. The kitchen was well stocked. The fenced in yard was a plus for our small puppy! Overall, this property fit our family well.

Very nice beach vacay spot!

Great location, well stocked kitchen, and a nice play-room / bedroom for the kids. Air conditioning kept the home VERY cool which was great after hot beach days.

Virginia Beach Relaxation Station

My sisters and I had a wonderful time making memories with our father. We chose the Relaxation Station because of its location to the beach, and to Norfolk Naval Base. The Relaxation Station was a great choice for us. All of us being over 55, and our dad being 91, we all felt it was time for us to each have our own rooms, and this house did not disappoint. While it can use a little bit of a refresh (some paint, and the main bathroom could use a renovation), the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, all rooms have nice size TV's with Firesticks/Roku's, and are very easy to navigate. It's a great place to stay. Close to the beach (3 blocks), and the naval station was a close 20 minute drive from the house. The backyard is awesome, we had a fire in the firepit one night, and it was lovely to sit outside by the fire. The house faces a main street, and can be loud at times, but we got used to that, and the jets from the naval base flying over was just COOL! The owners of the house, Tom and Allison were terrific to work with, very responsive, which is an absolute plus. If we come back to VB, we would definitely stay at Tom and Allison's home again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was just a magical trip for my sisters, me and our dad...

Weekend getaway

We stayed with family while visiting for a cheer competition. Location was perfect for us in between the beach and the convention center. Lots of things to walk to like mini golf, shopping, restaurant, etc. House is located on a very busy street which really wasn’t a problem until Saturday night when car were racing up the street, playing loud music and so many sirens as well. The “kids” room is located in the back of the house so thankful they heard nothing. The house itself could use some updating but overall a great experience for my family and I.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location. Close to beach and boardwalk. House accommodates large families/groups easily. Too cold to enjoy the fenced in backyard but it gives an extra sense of privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall Nice Property

House was very spacious and in a good location. It has been used quite heavily and the 2 older bathrooms could use updating. The newer bathroom is very nice. Fenced in yard was great but outside light was not functional. House was well supplied with everything you might need. We happened to stay in one of the coldest weeks of the year and the heating system was not able to keep up but I don't think it would be an issue as long as the outside temperature is above freezing. Overall a good experience.

95th Birthday Celebration

This home actually was beyond our expectation with the size! Having the room with the bunk beds/ bonus room was so wonderful for the grandchildren to play in while the adults visited in the kitchen/ living area! The back yard with the high fence was great too! Safe spot for kids to play ball and just have fun running around!Parking behind the house was great! This home gave us the space to be able to hang out and rekindle family relationships Other family members were staying a hotel nearby-so it was convenient for them to stop in for a chili dinner the last night!Would definitely book this home again if needed the space!

Fantastic

The house was perfectly clean (complete with new kitchen sponges) and had loads of pots/pans/dishes and utensils/appliances in the kitchen! No plastic dishes for extra food storage, so be sure to bring plastic baggies. Loads of children's books, games. Overall this home was VERY comfortable, location was great, parking for the house was convenient and easy to find, beds were comfy, lots of room for people to spread out inside house. Communication with Tom & Alison was effortless and timely, from start to finish. Fenced yard was great for the doggie! We have already discussed booking again! No complaints at all for this stay!

Best family vacation

Very spacious home with plenty of room for the 7 adults and 2 kids. Great fenced backyard with firepit and room for our dogs to run. Beautiful home with everything you need. Clean house and yard with wonderful hosts that always answered all questions and were so accomodating. We will definitely stay again. family will definately stay again.

Nice backyard

This house has a nice backyard and is great for bringing your dog! It’s walking distance to a lot and we enjoyed being able to just stroll out and get to the beach, restaurants and bars. The house itself needs a lot of work, it has not been deep cleaned in years and there were so many small maintenance issues like holes in the wall, ripped out hooks and pictures just stuffed in the closets. Bar stools not usable as they were so wobbly and fallling apart. Furniture is old and worn. The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay overall but this was our first vacation rental that wasn’t in great shape so a bit disappointing. In the end we were glad we had a house with space and a backyard as opposed to all the new condos around without any outdoor space. The weather was perfect and the noise from the naval base was fine. The loud motorcycles zooming by every night all night were way more distracting.

Nice house for kids and family!

We had a great stay at this adorable house with our extended family! A few blocks from the beach and the main strip with shops and restaurants. Lots of good food close! The house was clean, roomy, and even had a separate bunk area for the kids! The host was also quick to reply and helpful! Great spot for a vacation ❤️🌊

Perfect for a large family with pets

The property is really roomy, plenty of space to spread out. It has a large dining room table, where we ate and played games. I loved the large back yard for the dogs and kiddos, to run and play. It was a short walk to the Beach and restaurants. Very convenient location. The property owners were great, gave us some suggestions of what to see and where to eat, they were very quick to respond to any questions. They even went above and beyond, when we had to move a vehicle out front to put all the garbage cans by the road and ended up with a ticket. They covered it! That was not necessary, but appreciated. Maybe note on the listing, that you'll get ticketed if you park out front. Only suggestions I would have would maybe to put some shelves or something in the Master bedroom, so people don't have to live out of bags. Maybe a shelf over the master toilet as well, just to have somewhere to put items. All in all we had a great time with our adults kids, grandkids and granddogs and would highly recommend this property! Thank you!

We love the location of the Relaxation Station and we absolutely love the community. We decided to rent this awesome place for families to make lasting memories like we did when we lived there. We now live in a smaller home in OLD BEACH.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love this home because it is within walking and bicycling distance to what we think is everything. The home itself is very open and spacious and has a beach vibe. The back yard is so welcoming in the morning with a cup of coffee to start the day and the large backyard is a great place for children and adults to play games. Sit by the fire in the evening and have a glass of wine around the fire pit with beach chairs.
