At the rear is a large family bedroom that doubles as a media room and teen escape. This has a king and 3 king singles with TV,, DVD, fridge, AC and sound system.,

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with granite bench tops, gas hobs, ice maker, Nespresso machine and dual dish drawer dishwashers.

Special conditions:
Rates based on the maximum number of overnight guests during the stay. Linen, towels, consumables and post stay cleaning provided. Children under 2 free of charge if not using a bed. No events or parties. Max 20 people on the property. Visitors must depart prior to 10pm. Bedrooms allocated 2 people per room up to 6 booked guests at quoted rates. Ask for single occupancy. All 4 bedrooms are available when booked for 7 or more guests.
