Crystal Forest 14 is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo spread across two levels, and faces in towards the complex's courtyard area.
Enjoy cuddling up on the L-shaped sofa in the living room in front of the unique corner fireplace, with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV above. Just off of the living room you can use the sliding doors for access to your private hot tub and BBQ.
The full kitchen has a full-sized fridge, oven and gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, double sinks, as well as a coffeemaker, kettle, and toaster.
Enjoy dining for 4 at the table, and an additional 4 at the kitchen bar. This property has two full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.
There is also in-suite laundry with a stackable washer and dryer.
Upstairs is access to a private balcony with patio furniture, and you can enjoy a view of Mt Morrisey in the distance and several ski runs.
The second bedroom has a ceiling fan to help cool off during the summer.
This property has 1 parking stall in the underground parkade. The garage height is 2.36m (7'8").
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of such will incur penalties.
