Cozy apartment, great localization

The property is simple and good, it has well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, enough space for clothes. The localization is perfect, close to the beach, many restaurants and the market. At the same time the street is calm and quiet. My only concern and a kind recommendation to proprietor to keep the fridge open when it's switched off - when I came its smell wasn't pleasant.
