Crystal Forest 19 is a lovely, updated 1-bedroom/1-bathroom ground level condo all on one level that faces in towards the complex's courtyard area.
The tastefully decorated living room features a large flatscreen TV, a floor-to-ceiling rockwall encapsulating the gas fireplace, and a bay window you can sit at to enjoy some sunshine.
The full kitchen features a full-sized stainless steel fridge, stainless steel oven with electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, and toaster. Enjoy dining at the table that seats 4, or the marble top breakfast bar that seats 2. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
This property has 1 parking stall in the underground parkade. The garage height is 2.36m (7'8").
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
