Suite de lujo de un dormitorio (cama queen) situada en Fairways Dr. con vista al campo de golf en el sendero del valle. Un corto paseo de 10-15 minutos hasta el pueblo o tomar el servicio de transporte dentro del complejo que se proporciona durante la temporada de esquí. The VRBO was clean, aesthetic, fully stocked with kitchen utensils, and had a nice BBQ and hot tub. The hosts were accommodating with our extra vehicle. The only downside is, if you want to ski-in/ski-out, the Fairways run is flat and requires boot-packing. This can be avoided by using the shuttle or driving 2 mins to the main parking lot. This should probably be mentioned in the VRBO's description, but everything else is high-quality and the price is reasonable so it still deserves 5-stars.

Cozy and comfortable with many thoughtful touches. The patio chairs offered a lovely view of the golf course and mountains or amazing star gazing at night. Additionally the hot tub felt wonderful after a day of outdoor activities

Wonderful place and location

The condo was very peaceful and quiet and just as described. The hosts had made sure it was fully equipped with everything you could need. Check in and communication was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Relaxing weekend

The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. It has views of the golf course and mountains behind it. The private 2 person hot tub was perfect! The hosts are super friendly. It was great for a weekend getaway!

Another Fantastic Stay

Second visit to this property. Excellent location being close, scenic walk to Sun Peaks. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and amazing mountain views. Clean and modern suite. Hosts were great with excellent communication. Highly recommended. Will certainly be heading back!

Cozy hideout

This is the second time my family has returned to this suite. The host's attention to details is unparalleled, from cuddly blankets on the couch, to ski boot dryers and the amazing collection of books that my daughter fell in love with. I hope to be back again!

The communication from the owners was wonderful. Kathy and Brad's place has a delightful warm decor with high end finishes. The thought that they put into providing hospitality was immense. For example, there was a box of local chocolates on the bed, candles, a selection of teas/coffee/hot chocolate mixes. All of the utensils and appliances were high end and working well. It is a very comfortable place for a couple. Enjoyed the place and area.😊

Perfect ski vacation

Our little "nest" was the perfect accomodation for my son and me when we visited Sun Peaks. Close enough to the slopes for my son to walk and easy to drive and park for me. Our hosts were extremely attentive to our every need. When it snowed, they got up early to make sure our path and driveway were clear. They also provided coffee, tea, hot chocolate, spices and delicious chocolate candies--such a welcomed touch! Overall, a wonderful stay!!

Clean, cozy, and comfortable

The Falcon's Nest has everything you would want in a home away from home. Every detail has been considered. The suite was clean and in great shape with high quality furnishings and cookware. Brad and Kathy greeted us at the door when we arrived and then we didn't see them again (just the way we like it, as we value our privacy). We will definitely visit again.

Summer stay

My wife and I just spent the last 5 days in Sun Peaks at the Falcon's Nest. The wow factor is alive and well at the Falcon's Nest. Brad and Kathy are amazing hosts who go above and beyond. We will stay here again. In fact we would work our vacation schedule around when this place was available. Thanks for sharing your place with us!!

Great Getaway

Beautiful location, walking distance to the village, but far enough away to be very quiet. All the comforts of home. We did some hiking up the mountain, and enjoyed the private hot tub, with a view of the golf course and the mountains. Definitely recommend.

Hello and Welcome to Sun Peaks!
Our names are Brad & Kathy Shirley and we moved to Sun Peaks permanently in 2015. Brad is a retired Firefighter and Kathy is a retired Teacher. We moved to this beautiful resort community to have the full experience of living on a resort hill, with all the amenities that go along with living here. Since moving here we have enjoyed, Alpine and Nordic Skiing, Snowshoeing in the winter and Golf, mountain Biking, Hiking, Kayaking & Fishing in the summer.

We have gone to many of the events, that the mountain has hosted, the Wine Festival, the Christmas and New Years events, the many Race events and of course the amazing Summer Concerts. We have volunteered for many mountain events and have come to think of Sun peaks as our home.

We look forward to seeing you as guests in our beautiful suite. We will be available for any questions you have about the many amenities, and we know you will enjoy this wonderful resort as much as we have.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We bought our home in Sun Peaks as Brad and myself (Kathy) grew up skiing on Silver Star mountain in Vernon. We always loved the interior mountains for the amazing powder skiing and the sense of community we experienced when we skied with our family in the smaller resorts.

We spent over 30 years living at the coast skiing at Whistler, we found Sun Peaks more suited to our family. We had skied Sun Peaks over 20 years ago with our three daughters and remembered the great little community and the wonderful snow conditions and no crowds. We came back in the spring of 2015 and fell in love with the mountain all over again.

Since moving here our community has grown and we now have a permanent health clinic, a pharmacy, a skating rink and rec cente. Our daughters enjoy coming up here and our 5 grandsons have learned to ski on this mountain. It is such a wonderful family oriented mountain and the community has truly exceeded our expectations.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The reason we chose the property we bought at Sun Peaks was ultimately the amazing view. We came up in the Spring of 2015 and looked at 7 different properties. This property and house stood out more than all the others as it had an amazing view of the pond adjacent to the 7th green on the 18 hole golf course with Tod mountain in the background. The view continues to amaze us as we can see all four seasons from our windows, beautiful snowy white wonderland in the winter, the new buds on the trees in the spring, the amazing greens of the golf course contrasted with the blue of the pond in the summer, and then the wonderful colour changes of the trees in the fall. The suite that we have available also shares the same amazing views.

From our windows you can spend the afternoon watching the skiers come down the hill in the winter and watch the golfers try to make that fabulous shot over the pond onto the 7th green. We also have direct access to the valley trail that allows for a short walk or bike to the village.

The other reason we selected this property was the incredible finishings that had been done on this house. Our house was built by a builder for his family and the care and attention to detail was very evident on our first walk through. The previous owners had this property for 7 years and it was in immaculate condition when we bought it.

The thing that has surpassed our expectations of Sun Peaks is the wonderful sense of community. There are so many groups to be part of when you come for a visit. We have a regular Wine and Coffee Club, a wonderful ladies and mens ski and golf groups and a regular hiking group in the summer.

We are confident that you will enjoy the comfort and quiet ambience that our suite offers and look forward to sharing our little piece of paradise with you.
