Brand new 2bd/2ba apartment that is centrally located in the heart of Brownsville's business district. Walking distance to Whataburger, Shipley's, Walgreens, HEB and many other businesses, this apartment is in an unbeatable location.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, two Roku TVs, free WiFi and very comfortable mattresses throughout. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private bathroom and a step-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two full size beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for a comfortable night's sleep. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit so there's is no need for time-consuming visits to the laundromat. You can have up to two vehicles with this apartment (assigned parking).
