New cottage on lake Muskoka with 6 bedrooms, 2 indoor fireplaces, outdoor fire pit, sandy beach with shallow water and 40 foot dock. Built in 2024, The Summer House was designed for family gatherings all year round. Absolutely beautiful in summer and stunning in winter. Lower level games room with lots to keep all the family entertained. 3 season Muskoka room for reading, playing cards or just chilling out.

Everything about this stay was 10/10…Chris was extremely attentive, helpful and super responsive, the property is even more than we could have hoped for, everything we could think of and more was there for us to enjoy. Every detail has been so lovingly thought out. My family did not want to leave…thank you so much for sharing this beautiful, well loved home with us. Counting the days until we can return!

We had the most incredible stay at the Summer House. We spent Christmas there with two families and grandparents and there was lots of space, incredible views and the cottage itself is spectacular. So well thought out, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Chris was so responsive and checked in to help enhance our stay. The home is so well thought out, the butlers pantry, mud room, games room - everything was great - and made things so convenient. Even the sound system made a huge impact, great fun and so simple to use, we had dance party’s with the kids and they were blown away. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Thank you to Chris for making our Christmas so magical, we loved every minute!
Santa arrived at the summer house! The gorgeous views of the lake were spectacular as the backdrop to the Christmas magic!

This house was perfect for us. Great amount of space and great amenities. Amazing workmanship put into the house and decorated perfectly! Host and wife were always available and great to converse with. My family had an amazing time for my husband's 60th birthday and was so nice to be able to have a bonfire in the perfectly placed firepit. Grandkids( and adults) really enjoyed the game room too!

Super nice place, Chris is very nice, helpful and checked in to see if everything was good. Beautiful cottage, so nice to sit by the lake, kids could go on the water and enjoy the sandy beach. It rained for most of the time but the cottage is so nice that we stayed inside, played games, just great to relax and spend time with friends. There is everything you need! Should have stayed longer!
