The Space:
Oneroa Village Oasis is designed for relaxed, practical stays with a layout that suits families or couples travelling together. The open-plan kitchen and living area sits at the heart of the home, creating a comfortable place to gather for meals, conversation, and downtime. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday holiday cooking, and the living space opens to a large front deck that captures sun and sea breezes.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground level at the rear of the home, each with a queen bed and garden outlook. Upstairs, the third bedroom features a king bed and large windows with elevated views across the surrounding hills and glimpses of the sea. A separate laundry is available for guest use.
The home is set within established gardens with fruit trees and open lawn space, making it well suited to families with children. A sheltered side deck provides another quiet spot to read or unwind after a day exploring the island.

Oneroa Village Oasis is located just above Oneroa Village, the island’s main hub for cafés, restaurants, galleries, and shops. Oneroa Beach, Little Oneroa Beach, and Blackpool Beach are all close by and popular for swimming, walking, and relaxed days by the water.
The coastal walk from Little Oneroa offers scenic views and picnic spots, while the village itself provides plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Nearby favourites include The Oyster Inn and Fenice for evening meals, along with casual daytime options throughout the village. The Waiheke Community Art Gallery and Waiheke Island Community Cinema are also within walking distance and add to the area’s local character.
Getting Around:
The closest bus stops are located in Oneroa Village, within easy walking distance of the property. Regular bus services run through Oneroa and connect to beaches, vineyards, and the passenger ferry terminal. Buses also continue to Onetangi, stopping near major wineries, before returning to Oneroa and the ferry.
On-site parking is available. Taxis, e-bikes, scooters, and rental cars operate across Waiheke, though availability can be limited during peak periods.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum stays apply as follows: seven nights from mid December to mid February and during most of April, three nights on all holiday weekends, and two nights at all other times.
The home uses rainwater tanks, which is common on Waiheke. Mindful water use is appreciated throughout your stay.
