The space

This perfectly finished new build home is a 10 min drive to Byron town centre. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Byron yet only a short drive to Byron beaches, cafes and shopping. Indulge in a restful getaway at the luxurious Brandon House, a stunning holiday home nestled in beachside Suffolk Park, NSW that effortlessly exudes charm and comfort.



This sprawling four-bedroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with a tranquil, relaxed vibe with rooms flooded with natural sunlight, contemporary decor, and all the modern conveniences needed for an unforgettable stay. The space offers ample room for families to break away into their own areas yet come together to create memories.



Wake up to beautiful mornings in any of the bedrooms - each one thoughtfully designed to ensure a serene and refreshing start to your day. The house provides three bedrooms with king-sized beds, and the fourth provides twin beds - all fitted with cozy linens and ample closet space. With three pristine bathrooms, you'll never have to jostle for shower time. The Studio has a king bed, full bathroom and kitchenette.



Step into the open-concept, fully equipped kitchen - complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and coffee machine ready to whip up your morning brew. From here, the seamless flow continues onto the deck area perfect for BBQ grilling or dining out, overlooking the lush, fully fenced garden.



Get cozy with a good movie in the separate living room, armed with a Smart TV and high-speed WiFi. Full laundry amenities, including a clothes dryer, washing machine, and ironing board, are also provided for your convenience.



For those that need to keep in touch with work commitments a study with dedicated desk provides an ideal space to focus on the job at hand.
