Facade and Window upgrades. During this time views may be interrupted, and

intermittent noise may be present. We apologize for any inconveniences. This

construction is ongoing from now to mid-October.



Bring the whole family and enjoy this fully renovated, stylish and spacious

condo located at the historic Village at Breckenridge – the best located condo

complex in Breck. The Village is nestled at the foot of Quicksilver chair lift

and steps from Main Street making this the best of both worlds!



Entering the unit, you’ll be greeted by a warm, yet utilitarian entry area

complete with ample ski racks and a built-in boot and shoe rack - a convenient

addition for longer trips. The fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances

and finishes stands out as the heart of the unit. Whether you’re interested in

slow mornings gathered at the kitchen bar or a three-course homemade meal,

this kitchen will suit all the needs of your group. From the living room,

enjoy your morning coffee looking out onto the panoramic mountain view, or

utilize the abundant living room seating to enjoy family movie night.



The master bedroom boasts ultra-luxe carpet and a separate patio entrance.

Plus, the stylish master bath has fantastic lighting and a spacious walk-in

shower. The main bathroom off of the living area will be perfect for the whole

family’s comfort and use. The unique architectural shower even makes room for

a spacious soaking tub! The second and third bedrooms have the same luxury

carpet underfoot as well as multiple bunks for the kids, each of which feature

a night light and charging station.



After a long day of skiing or hiking, utilize the Village’s world class

amenity offerings that include multiple renovated hot tubs, a heated pool,

sauna and a fitness center. For the kids, rent the premium movie room for a

night where you can stream movies from your favorite streaming services like

Disney+ and Netflix, or watch the big game with everyone in your party. Don’t

forget to check out the game room, too!



Also conveniently located within the Village Plaza are ski and snowboard

rentals, Breckenridge Ski School and restaurants and food trucks. Blending

premium comfort, elegance and modern conveniences, our luxe condo is a

fantastic choice for your Breck adventures. Please note, this rental is

managed by Breckenridge Property Management and any questions you may have

prior to booking should be directed to our Front Desk or

On-site parking is limited and paid on property at the rate of $25 a night.

Parking rates are always subject to change. For confirmation on the rate

during your stay, please contact our property directly. If parking is not

available during your stay, our staff can direct you to overnight parking lots

located off-property.



Special Unit Notes - Please Read:



* Parking: On-site parking at the Village is paid and not guaranteed due to the property’s unique in-town location. On-site parking is charged at an additional $50/night from November to April, and $25/night from May to October.

* No Pets / No Smoking.

* A $200 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

* Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

* No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan per bedroom.

The Village at Breckenridge does not currently offer daily housekeeping

services. Housekeeping services can be scheduled 24 hours in advance at an

additional charge.
