The property was perfect for my husband and I. We were able to buy groceries and make meals there. It was also very close to a lit of the things that we wanted to see. You don't have to fight the uptown Sedona traffic to find good restaurants.

If you are a couple looking for a quiet place in Sedona this is it. It is in West Sedona, so you miss all the congestion and sitting at a round-about. It’s nice to know it’s only 3.5 miles to get to the other side of Sedona.Linda always had great communication. I made this reservation about 4 months before our stay, and she didn’t mind im and she never minded when I had questions. She was also very helpful with suggestions when inquiring about tours and great places to eat. The place is less than a mile to the Secret Sliding Rock Trail. It’s short say and a great Sunrise and Sunset for Cathedral Rock. We hiked other trails practically across the street. This was a special trip for my wife and I and we couldn’t have found a more relaxing place to stay.

Such a beautiful location, and very accommodating for dogs! Our girls enjoyed exploring the large, enclosed and safe yard while we enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend if you have four legged friends who are accompanying you to Sedona.
Super safe and enclosed large yard space for the fur babies to roam around in. They loved exploring it and Linda has created a really magical vibe back there!

Relaxing and quaint place to stay! It was just perfect for my husband and I with our dog and lots of hiking and food close by too! We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evening and was perfect to unwind after a long day of exploring.

We had a great stay here! We had everything to make our stay one of the best! I enjoyed the hot tub after exploring a few trails was lovely! The scenery was incredible! The owner Linda was very attentive and answered all our questions! (Plus she leaves great instructions through the place) Thanks again for letting us stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything required to cook meals, which made it easy to relax and settle in.The hot tub was a highlight, and the backyard offered multiple peaceful spots to unwind with a book. We also made great use of the grill.The location was perfect - close to all the hikes we wanted to do, including Cathedral Rock and Boynton Canyon.We would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The casita was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The casita it the perfect size for a couple get away and so private. The kitchen is perfect for the nights you want to stay at home and cook. If you are wanting a luxury space, this probably isn't it, I would say the casita is more rustic and quaint. My husband and I really enjoyed out stay!

I think this is the first time I've ever gotten only 3 stars. I wasn't contacted about any problems or suggestions and guests left a note saying they had a wonderful time. I truly appreciate when guests let me know if something is not up to par, or they suggest improvements. I will continue to do the best I can, constantly cleaning, updating and doing special projects.

Lovely stay. It was perfect for our pets! The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our meals and have a nice dinner outside in lovely weather. We biked to red rock state park and surrounding areas, nice and steep ride! Will definitely recommend this cute spot, perfect for a couples retreat/getaway!

Secluded & Relaxing

Linda's property is an excellent place to unwind and recharge. Comfortable and welcoming, the Casita offers plenty of space for a couple. Extremely comfortable bed, ample space to cook, and an easy walk or drive to a multitude of hiking trails.

Excellent accommodations, wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda's Casita. It was a very quiet and serene area, in the shadow of Cathedral Rock. We felt it was perfectly located to everything we did in the Sedona area yet apart enough for tranquility. We loved the private garden and hot tub an the Casita itself was beautiful. We recommend this property highly for a stay in the Sedona area.

The casita was as advertised. Being on the west side of Sedona is convenient if your activities are planned in that area. Pleased with the overall location and stay.

Serene Sedona

We had an amazing time at Linda’s place- she was very communicative and the home was well taken care of. A nice clawfoot tub, comfy bed and spacious living areas made it a place we would definitely visit again! A short walk to Oak Creek was definitely worth it!

Wonderful place

It was very nice place to stay. It was in a beautiful location, quiet, private and it was so easy to check in. Linda had extra toiletries and stuff just in case I forgot something. Thank you Linda for the wonderful experience. It was the first time I tried VRBO and I was not disappointed.

Cozy Casita in country with big backyard for dog near Cathedral Rock.

Cottage home

The place has a wonderful setting and access to Sedona town area. Out far enough with little noise. Hiking trails within 5 min walk or drive are spectacular. Linda was a great host meet her once and she helped with the questions we had. Her small cottage was just what we needed and wanted for a relaxing stay.
