About Linda Trammell
I always dreamed of owning a B&B, and love to create comfortable living space. Sharing the casita with visitors is a dream come true for me.
Linda Trammell purchased this Cottage in 2000
Why Linda Trammell chose West Sedona
Location, location, location! I love this area near Red Rock Crossing and the creek. When I used to vacation in Sedona it was the only area I would stay...it has such a peaceful country feel, yet close to town. When I at last bought the house, it's history and unique charm won me over from the 'cookiecutters'
What makes this Cottage unique
This property is the most nurturing, peaceful place I've ever lived. It has a rural feeling, and is great for nature-lovers. The lane is so welcoming...it feels like a perpetual summer vacation, as I walk down the neighborhood trail to the creek, greeting the neighbors.

It was very nice place to stay. It was in a beautiful location, quiet, private and it was so easy to check in. Linda had extra toiletries and stuff just in case I forgot something. Thank you Linda for the wonderful experience. It was the first time I tried VRBO and I was not disappointed.
Thank you for taking time to write a review. It was a delight to have you at the Casita. I hope I'll have the opportunity to welcome you year after year.
Cozy and Relaxing
There were so many nice touches in this casita, including coffee and tea, a drawer of spices, oils, vinegar, and other condiments in the refrigerator, which made my time there more like being at home. The back yard is a beautiful garden sanctuary, filled with light and delightful sitting areas. My favorite feature was being able to walk every day, usually twice, to Crescent Moon Ranch for hiking and gorgeous views.
Pots and pans were of high quality, though the knives need sharpening. Many books to choose from, and I never had time... The lighting in the casita after sundown is a bit difficult for reading. Otherwise, everything you could want is here for a week of solitude and beauty.
Sedona Serenity Lives Up To Its Name
We really loved staying at this cute little home in West Sedona. Several nearby hikes made it the perfect home base while spending the week in the beautiful Red Rocks region. The home has everything you could want or need, including a great secluded back yard area. We enjoyed using the hot tub! Also nice to have access 24/7 to a real kitchen so we didn't have to dine out for every single meal. Linda is a gracious host, but never intrusive. Would definitely recommend and might even stay again some day.
Absolutely perfect little gem located so close to Cathedral Rock . Linda had everything you needed to feel right at home . Loved soaking in the tub . The bed was super comfy and loved having a washer and dryer and a stocked kitchen with all the cookware needed. The back patio was perfect area with lots of seating and a nice hot tub. It was very helpful to find a book put together with everything you needed that included local restaurants, nice trails walking distance and close by. Loved this hidden gem would definitely stay again .
