Lovely, clean two-bedroom house close to the beach. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room flowed nicely. Loads of room, big comfy couches and good light with many windows. Super kitchen with everything you need and good shower. The house was warmed by the heat-pump/sun and stayed warm as it has good insulation.Recommend highly and hope to come again, this time bringing some family members to have the other house on this property.

The location was amazing. The house was very clean and well equiped. Wendy was great and responded to emails quickly. We will definitely be back next year.

Over all it was down on our last visit however it was minor and we dealt with the issue immediately. Upon arriving home my wife notice I packed there citrus cleaner and I had left Freezer paks in the freezer. That was my fault as my wifes back went out and she was already on crutches therefore I was left to pack and clean. No matter what any bloke does towards cleaning its not good enough compared to the women. So my apoligies for the accidental swap. I would give it a 9 out of 10 for the last clean every thing else was perfect. My clean was 10 out of 10 and I am sticking to itBernie

I am just copying your reply below as overall you were very happy with your stay. "Gosh Wendy I did not mean to downplay our stay at all. You have such a high standard. As I said it was an easy fix and it would never put our future stays at your cottage at risk." Should circumstances ever change during your holiday and you would like to request cleaning, please contact us and we can arrange it for the additional advertised fee. Linen and cleaning are optional extras to try to keep our tariffs lower.

We stayed at the front cottage and it was perfect: clean, very well equipped and comfortable beds. There were kajaks ans life jackets. Everything we needed for a comfortabel stay. Thank you Wendy!

Great place

We loved our stay here, great location and bach. Clean and modern and warm, well designed and set up, and so close to the beach. Really appreciated being allowed to use the cottage kayaks, had such a good day on the water.

Really enjoyed the location. TV was a llittle frustrating / slow to operate and get wiorking. Lacked some extras for teh kitchen eg; Sugar , some cooking oil , Tea / Coffee and also a couple of extra Toilet rolls.

Right by the Beach

Great location - right opposite a sandy beach. Having access to canoes to paddle in water was great. Short drive to shops. Really nice place and area.

Beachaven Front Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped bach. Our host was a wonderful communicator. We were only a few steps away from Ligar Bay's golden beach.

Excellent accommodation and location

could not fault this accommodation. Ligar Bay is very quiet, and the beach is just across a very rarely used road. The house was well equipped and very well maintained. It is rare to find a property that is better than it looks in the photos!

Ligar bay beauty

We had a wonderful time. The location was great. Even though it is winter we enjoyed walking every day and even had a swim. The house was great. It had everything you could need. We will certainly be back. Thanks so much for the great set up.
