Will Definitely Be Back!

This place was just a quick walk to the beach! The host was very accommodating and responsive! The beach house was just as described! Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Family Friendly

With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a pullout sofa this property made our family get-together comfortable. The host was very accommodating about our needs and made sure we had a high chair, extra pillows, and even a large pot for a shrimp boil!

Great place

This house was very nice, clean and easily accessible to the beach. Everything you needed was provided. The property manager was great and would quickly respond to questions. I gave the location 3 stars due to the surrounding area. Quite a few run down hotels.

Southern Stay

It was perfect for us. Location was, at times, concerning. James was very prompt in handling any of the few issues we encountered. We spent a lot of time at the Beach, a short 1 city block away.

New duplex one block from the beach. Pet friendly. Main floor is one flight up with an additional floor another flight up. Ocean view.

Spring Break 2023 was awesome!

Loved staying in this house for our vacation. We had everything we needed, and even a minute drive to the Walmart grocery store when we needed groceries. James was attentive to our needs and always ready to help. He delivered an extra set of sheets in minutes! So close to the beach with just a short walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful new townhome

The house was beautiful and clean with an outdoor shower. James was awesome and addressed our needs immediately. We enjoyed the house immensely but were not fond of the location in Myrtle.

Lovely townhouse very close to the beach

My family enjoyed staying at this property for Thanksgiving week. We had rented another home through VRBO, that ended up being a nightmare. I reached out to the owner of this townhouse to inquire about availability, and he was able to accommodate us for a same day check-in. Thanksgiving holiday vacation was saved! We loved being so close to the beach and the house was meticulously cleaned. Lots of thoughtful touches, too!

Wonderful time to the beach with my family. This was our 2nd time utilizing this rental space. Very clean, animal friendly and very spacious. James was very helpful and stands ready to assist with any issues. We had a problem with the internet, but something was unplugged on the 2nd floor. James assist us with resolving the issue in mins.

Great townhouse in a not so great area

The townhouse was great and very accommodating for our family. And James immediately responded to any questions that we had. However, the were multiple disturbances at the hotels across the street, and random people sitting at our outdoor tables & chairs on occasion. Although the unit was beautiful, we will not be teturning to South Myrtle Beach.

Convenient location and close to the beach!

Our family had an enjoyable stay at this property. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The property is clean and we loved the kitchen thoughtfulness for all our cooking needs. The beach is close as promised with mini golf, ice cream, Radical Ropes and souvenir shops in walking distance. The location is in an area of some gentrification, so be prepared for that disparity and correlating behaviors. Only negative about the property is that there isn't much insulation between the connected townhomes.

Wonderful Place to Vacation

We were really pleased with our stay at this residence. The house is as advertised and even had a few extras. My family was very impressed with the location and ease of access to the beach and all of the other places that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach getaway

Very nice house. Short walk to the beach. Had a great time! Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very friendly, quick to respond to questions and issues were resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend this property. I just have one suggestion….not a criticism by any means… and that would be to install full length mirrors somewhere in the bedrooms :)

A perfect place to stay in Myrtle beach

We totally enjoyed our stay at this amazing place. Cleanliness thoughout the house, very well kept. A less than 5 mins walk to the beach and a partial ocean view with a very nice sea breeze espeacially in the morning. Very spacious kitchen and living area for the family. Overall close to everything Myrtle beach. Very happy and will come again.

Loved it!

We stayed here for a short family get-away and we absolutely loved it! The property was clean, organized and well presented with all the necessary amenities to make a beach trip pleasant. It was also steps away from the beach with just one busy road to cross. We would definitely stay here again.
