Spacious LUXURY Villa with stocked kitchen,WiFi, Ask about 2025 special rates.

We do extra cleaning and disinfecting in the villa to make it clean and ready for our guests. A Luxury Villa located across the street just a few steps from the ocean. This villa is a Penthouse villa located on the 4th floor with an awesome view of the ocean sunsets, great ocean breeze and very peaceful. No noisy guests staying above you.The villa has a large open floor plan with a huge, fully stocked kitchen, granite counters, a free standing freezer and 8 bars stools. The dining area has a cottage table and 8 chairs. As you move into the den/living room there is a large over sized sectional and a 60' flat screen TV. There is also another area that has a full bed / twin bed combo and a 32' flat screen TV. Perfect for kids or extra bedding. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, TV and full bath Lastly is the Master bedroom with a king bed, TV and full bath. There is also a large balcony with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. We also have a washer and dryer for your use. The villa has upscale bedding, very comfortable beds and is a true Luxury Villa. We have WiFi, a shared pool and hot tub and a grilling area with 4 grills and a picnic table for our guests to use. This is a NO SMOKING villa. Smoking is not allowed in the villa or balcony.

Perfect layout for families! Location was great. Accommodations exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen as well as having linens, beach towels and chairs. Loved it and will stay here again! Host was very responsive and helpful.

Thank you for the kind words about the villa. I work hard to keep it well maintained and clean. This shooting thing was very disturbing to hear, So I wanted to get the facts and I called the police dept and talked to the detective. It was a random shooting that had nothing to do with people staying in our building, it just happened on the street in front of our park garage. There were no injuries, no arrests and he said the people were long gone. Praise God no one was hurt. I have owned this villa since it was built 15 years ago. My family has 3 villas in this building. We come a lot and bring our kids, grand kids and elderly parents. We have always felt safe. This is a family building and have never had anything like this happen. I am truly sorry this happened during your stay. It is very sad and scary. Unfortunately things like this are apart of the world we live in. I still put my faith in God to overcome this evil. Great Stay

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was able to accommodate our large family with room to spread out. The location was ideal for several trips to and from the beach with small children and older parents (you do have to cross a road that can be busy at times). Our host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

This villa was a great place for our family. It was roomy with plenty of towels, pots and pans, dishes, etc. And having the extra refrigerator and freezer was great. It was a quiet neighborhood and just close enough to the beach. I highly recommend to anyone!

Loved this condo. It had everything we needed and more. The location is great and only a short walk across the highway to the beach. Greatly appreciated all the extra little conveniences the owners provided including beach towels and chairs. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Great property and location. Lori was an excellent host and kept in touch to make sure all was working well. Location right across the street from the beach. Family oriented smaller building.
