This stylish apartment features a Smart TV, complimentary WiFi, a top-quality King bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include free dedicated car parking, shared laundry facilities, a communal BBQ area, and an outdoor courtyard.
Ideal for 1 ~ 2 guests with capacity for 4 guests. Portacot hire available for 1~3yr olds. Can be booked in conjunction with our Nelson City Centre Apartments 1 or 2 if you have more guests or would like more space.
**Special conditions**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Car parking - A free and dedicated car park is provided for Nelson City Apartment 3 guests.
- Nelson City Centre Apartment 3 is one of three apartments in the Provincial Buliding on Bridge St in Nelson's City Centre. Each apartment has its own kitchen, living, sleeping and bathroom areas. Only the laundry, stair & outdoor areas are shared.
**Cancellation Policy**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
