Paradise

We had a family getaway and it was all we expected and more. We were greeted by our friendly host on arrival.The location is fantastic if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle. Driving through the property is an adventure in itself, with many beautiful views. The grounds are well-kept and has it’s own beach (however, the low tide can make it a bit challenging to swim).The house is a treat with everything you need and very nicely decorated. A big kitchen with lots of room to hang out.The decks are well appointed with plenty of space to enjoy the surroundings and of course the hot tub with a view of the bay.We would have loved to stay longer.Thank you Kristin and Julien for your hospitality and for helping us getting our forgotten laptop back to us!

Great hosts in a lovely setting

A long drive leads you to the villa which was set in a beautifully maintained garden with lots of bird life. The sea views from the decks were lovely especially at sunset. The spacious villa had comfortable beds and it was a good size for the family of ten. The spa was maintained daily by the hosts and enjoyed by us all. There was a short walk to the beach and we caught fish from the shoreline. A wonderful long Easter weekend with the family.

Exceptional property and hosts

This home is certainly one you can not look past. We are very happy to have spent 3 weeks here. The home is clean, beautifully presented and very comfortable with a few little extras to make our stay truly special. The hosts of this property live on the property but it certainly didn’t feel that way as they are very discreet and are also soooo helpful, with excellent communication from before to after our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay here truly special and we are very grateful and thankful. We are really looking forward to returning. Thank you 😊

Perfect Getaway

A great week had by all the family. The property worked really well for everyone and is only a short drive down the village. You feel very relaxed and secure, the house has everything you need.

Private and well kept

An absolutely stunning place to stay! The house is spacious and light. The furnishing are all new and extremely clean. The view was breath taking and there was a great path down to a private beach (remember your beach shoes as there are oyster shells scattered throughout the beach). The kitchen was clean and tidy with ample cooking space, however it only had minimal numbers of plates and cups, and could do with some extra mixing bowls etc. We really enjoyed all of the different areas to sit both inside and out. This property was great for kids with so much to see and do, our kids loved the birdlife and enjoyed the abundant outside lawn space. They also loved the spa pool. The only downside we found to this property was the squeaky floorboards throughout...it was hard to not wake others. Some floor runners would also help with the noise. Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful location!

Family Holiday Bliss

We stayed here for a family break over the New Year period. The house was beautiful, bedrooms massive and the private beach was a hit. Definitely recommend looking into some kayaks or paddle boards for your stay. We loved it and will be back soon.

The Perfect Post Lock-down Getaway

Beach Villa was an amazing place to stay. The house easily accomidated 6 adults ranging in age from 21-69. There were plenty of spaces inside and out to enjoy each others company or not. The spa pool which overlooks the harbour was a favourite of the ladies especially after some good walks. We found it to be visually stimulating with the art inside and the wekas, tuis, doves, trees and views, outside. Being close to the car ferry and to Russell meant it was easy to get out and explore some of what the area has to offer. It was lovely coming back to a full equipped place, which was away from the hustle and bustle. It is a place to enjoy family and friends, good food, a glass of wine and deep conversations and some amazing New Zealand scenery. We had a great 6 days. Thank you

A family Christmas to remember

Beautiful weekend

We stayed at Beach Villa for a Birthday weekend. It was just perfect with plenty of bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. It was well equipped with everything you need. It was lovely just to lie in the spa, look at the sea and listen to the birds. Kirsten and Julien were friendly and helpful. Would love to return one day.

Trip of a lifetime!!!

We had such an amazing stay @ The Beach Villa Our hosts , Julien and Kristen we do friendly and kind. The grounds are so well groomed and the view to the water is very refreshing . We highly recommend this property . This is the perfect place for 2 or a family 😊🌺🌺🌺🌺

Stunning views. Beautiful house. Very clean and quiet.

We all loved our stay at this beautiful house. Our hosts were very kind and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing beats a beautiful little stroll down to the sea for a afternoon swim, apart from a toasty hot tub with a magical view. Both of which we enjoyed enormously at this lovely batch! All rooms were large, clean, comfy and airy. Definitely recommend sitting on the deck in the sun and watching the local bird life! Thank you for our lovely stay.

Beautiful spot in the world

As a family we were looking for a beautiful and secluded spot in Russell...Beach Villa delivered that and more! The hosts were helpful and charming and the grounds, view and property just stunning. The Spa Pool and location was just perfect for both day and night relaxation. We would fully recommend Beach Villa for anyone wanting to get away from the rat race and take time to relax. Thank you! Very nice spot Quiet, incredible stunning views from deck, hot tub and covered terrace Nice welcome with Sekt and chocolates. Private beach with use of a kayak. Very clean house and in the kitchen use of coffee, tea , milk ,oil ,salt and pepper.

We had a fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The house is well appointed and the private beach, complete with boat shed is a magical spot. We loved hearing all the birds and picking fresh citrus from the trees each morning. I highly recommend this home to anyone. We hope to be back!

Amazing piece of Paradise

We love this property.

We enjoyed our stay at Beachvilla90. There is a beautiful view of the bay from the main bedroom and spa area. The house was lovely and clean for our arrival. Kirsten and Julien live directly behind the house, however they are very considerate regarding your space. Remember to bring your provisions beforehand as only tea and coffee available.
