Due to COVID uncrtainty, we will consider all refunds individually and fairly.
If Govt rules, flights, travel restrictions, or cancellation of an organised event result in you no longer being able to have your holiday at our house we will do everything we can to ensure a full refund is processed. However we do not refund for "change of mind" unless covered by a Homeaway policy during this time.
If VRBO/Stayz pass on a fee to us that we are unable to get refunded, this portion will not be refunded, Cleaning fee will be refunded.
