Stunning Views-All Day Sun and Amazing Sunsets.
This Four bedroom home provides great flexibility with a master bedroom and bathrooms both up and down stairs. Fully equipped kitchen, Free view TV, BBQ and outdoor furniture, a log burner for the winter as well as kayaks available for use. Stunning sea views, all day sun and a large flat yard to sit and entertain or just read a book and listen to the Bell Birds. Off street parking with the beach at the end of the drive. This home is not toddler friendly . From crawling to the age of 5 is not permitted. Tourist activities include both dolphin watching and swimming with dolphins, guided kayaking, fishing and swimming, hiking, walks and a relaxed village around which you can just stroll and enjoy the views, the people, the atmosphere...
There’s a good beaches for playing in and a pleasant drive by car to the outer bays of the Peninsula will find some of the best beaches in Canterbury. Banks Peninsula even has a couple of hidden surfing spots which are world renown. The village also boasts a decent sized supermarket, many cafes, and a host of wonderful restaurants. The safe bay also offer great walks and hikes, along with boutique shopping, galleries, wineries and the famous Barry Point cheese factory.
Akaroa is 1,5 hours from Christchurch city, and has a regular mini-bus service operating between Christchurch City, and both the International and Domestic airports if you’re arriving from another city. Special conditions: No Pets. No Smoking in the home or on the balcony. No Children under the age of 5 years old.
