Ligar bay Cottage of Golden Bay

The White House is slightly elevated looking over front house - The bach at Ligar Bay is a very comfortable holiday cottage with 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. Situated opposite Ligar Bay Beach with great views out to the sea. The flat section is fenced for the safety of children and animals. Located close to Port Tarakohe to launch your boat (900m). Easy access to fish Great all day sun (8.15am-8pm in summer, and 8.15am to 5pm in winter)
Wifi available- $5 per day
Full Sky TV with most channels

Cancellation Policy

For Period 1 May to 20 December:
The Bach cancellation policy is that where cancellations are received up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations received within the 30 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days will result in full payment unless the facility is pre-booked.

Terms and Conditions:
One nights deposit is required to secure the reservation. Balance due on key collection.

Minimum 2 night stay:
1 night stays by mutual agreements only

For Period 21 December to 30 April:
The Bach cancellation policy is that where cancellations are received up to 75 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations received within the 75 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 75 days will result in full payment unless the facility is pre-booked.

Terms and Conditions:
Two nights deposit is required to secure the reservation. Balance due on key collection.

Minimum 5 night stay:
Under 5 night stays by mutual agreements only. Christmas, New Years reservations minimum 12 nights

These terms and conditions override those set out as previously on this website.

Fantastic location, just over the road from beautiful Ligar Bay. So much fun at the beach and in the lagoon and close to Totaranui for day trips and Takaka for supplies. Great outdoor area to enjoy the sun and had everything we needed.

Great location for families

Had a brilliant holiday here with young kids and extended family. So close to the beach, which was great for rock pools at low tide and swimming at high tide. Spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck and bbqing in the front garden. Would love to stay again.
