Situated on a lovely bush fringed, sunny section, this barn-style holiday home has the basic comforts and enjoys a pleasant outlook over the surrounding bush to the sand spit and ocean beyond. The house is a brief stroll to the calm, sandy estuary beach at the end of Pearl St, or walk a couple of minutes further to the stunning surf beach and avoid the summer traffic jams at the carpark.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet, and the upstairs landing between the rooms also has a single bed. For larger groups (over 6 people) there is a sleepout which sleeps up to an additional 4 people and it has its own bathroom.
Great for a couple of families and in a very desirable location at an affordable price, it is a great spot for your next Magical Mangawhai holiday. Go on get yourself a dose of Vitamin Sea.
Please note that parking is limited to 2-3 cars and it is not suitable for a boat or trailer.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
