Upstairs Apartment in Central Thames

This is an ideal apartment for anyone who wants parking directly outside your own stairway to your place. It is incredibly sunny with a great view of the goings on outside. Being in the central Thames Shopping Centre makes it very convenient to pop along the road to the many shops, cafes and bakeries.
Just a few steps along the road is the Thames Information Centre and Bus Depot which makes it very easy for the visitor.
Special conditions:
Not suitable for people in wheelchairs and there is only a walkup flight of stairs

Excellent Homebase for The Coromandels

This apartment was an excellent base for a week exploring The Coromandel peninsular. It had everything we needed, excellent quality and condition.Robert and Raewyn were helpful and caring hosts. Highly recommend.

The rooms were lovely, the only thing that was missing was air conditioning, it was so hot in Thames that having air conditioning in the unit would have been wonderful.

Great apartment and hosts kept us comfortable and safe during cyclone Gabrielle

We spent a great deal of time in this comfy well appointed apartment while the cyclone kept us indoors. We had everything we needed to cook, do laundry and keep up on news. Raewyn and Robert were amazing and regularly checked in on how we were going, offered great suggestions and answered queries in a timely way. We’d love to come back and climb the Pinnacles and stay here again. Thanks! Julie and Andrew

Excellent stay !

Thanks Raewyn and Robert for a great stay in your Apartment. We have a family Bach in Ferguson Dr so it was perfect to be so close to the rest of the family. It’s a fab location so clean and lovely. Enjoyed the very comfy bed too. We loved the little Coco Cafe within in very close walking distance where we bought our coffees every morning. Thanks once again. We will definately be back xx

Fabulous position

Would stay here any time I was travelling this way.. we loved the convenience of the property.. being able to access all the shops and restaurants without having to drive anywhere.. it was quiet and clean… secure.. quite modern.. well appointed.. plenty of room and privacy. Really enjoyed our stay👌

Well located base

Well located in relation to restaurants/ cafes and opposite the best bookshop ever! Unit is tidy, and had everything we needed. Property manager readily contactable and most obliging.

Thames Accommodation

Right in the centre of town with free parking. Accommodation is clean, neat and tidy. Very comfortable. This would be a great base for exploring the Coromandel.

Thames CBD apartment

Clean, tidy, neat and good communication with owners when I had a query. Full kitchen and plenty of towels a bonus when staying for a week. Easy and safe walking distance to Thames Hospital even at midnight and also close to cafes and supermarket you can easily walk everywhere (it’s Thames after all). I took my own toilet paper shampoo and soap but nice to see some spare if you were caught out needing a one night stay. It’s a shame it’s not offered as a rental to some of the hospital staff that are looking for somewhere to stay rather than the high cost of Book a Bach

Cosy, clean and convenient.

Great place to stay whilst you enjoy Thames, the Coromandel Peninsula, Miranda and yet are close to Auckland. The accommodation is just around the corner from an excellent all day breakfast at Food for Thought and for needs like me the apartment is opposite two bookshops. Accommodation itself is very clean, fitted with all mod cons and great wifi. What is there not to like? Great place

Had a three week stay in this great apartment. Handy location, and clean presentation on arrival. Hosts are lovely, and don't hesitate to help out when needed. Highly recommend

Super Convenient in Thames.

A great place to stay. Right in town, and can walk to everywhere. Great attention to detail, and has everything you need. Rather noisy street sweeper at 2.30am on a Wednesday, but earplugs would help that situation. Still give a 5 star rating.

Beautiful Apartment

Great location. Beautiful place, very clean! You can tell the owners take amazing care of it. Nice and private too which was awesome. Thank you for a wonderful stay! :) Would highly recommend!

Nice downtown located tidy apartment

Four seniors stayed for 6 nights while riding the Hauraki Rail Trail and the Big Day Out mountain bike ride from Coromandel Town. Apartment is well provisioned allowing us to cook all meals. Free WiFi and comfortable beds. Definitely would return.

The place is very clean, beds are massive and the kitchen and laundry very well equipped. The only (minor) downside is the dining area which is a bit small (difficult to fit a family), overall highly recommend
