Ca 35 minuter norr om Kerikeri, i en skyddad norra viken, är Te Ngaere idealisk för båtliv, simning och all slags vattensporter.
Huset kompromissar 2 stora sovrum (ena, ena baksidan), ett mezzanine sovrum med en queen size-säng, ett enkelrum med barns bunks, plus en extra enkelsäng enkelsäng precis utanför matsalen. Holiday Living förbättras av ett stort vardagsrum / kök / matplats med direkt tillgång till stora däckområden med utsikt över stranden.
Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser för bilar och båtar.

Cavalliöarna är en bekväm 15 minuters båttur (i rimliga förhållanden) bort. Dessa fantastiska Northland ikoner erbjuder fantastiskt fiske, sightseeing eller för mer adventurist, ett naturskönt promenadspår och dykning runt det berömda Rainbow Warrior Wreck.

I norr via Cavalli sceniska loop väg är Kaeo och Whangaroa Harbor - en populär båthamn.

Matauri Bay ligger 10 minuter bort med bil. Matauri Bay Camp-butiken har grundvaror inklusive bensin, LPG och dykbehållare. Några minuter längre upp på vägen ligger den världsberömda golfanläggningen Kauri Cliffs.

Extras: Sängkläder ingår (leverans egna handdukar tack, vatten är dyrbart). Städning debiteras extra till NZ $ 100. 00 per vistelse.

We loved staying at this house. So close to a fabulous beach, we were able to relax while watching the kids play and explore. The house is large and has everything you need for your beach holiday. We will absolutely be returning.

Amazing place. This was our second visit. You can’t get more beachfront, and for those who love fishing and diving, the Cavalli islands are just around the corner. Nigel is a great host who communicates really well.

Very comfortable absolute beachfront accommodation. Enjoyed our stay. The little kids loved the safe beach and the big kids loved the easy access to great fishing. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the views. The house is well presented and well equipped. The owners supplied great information and were a pleasure to deal with.

Idyllic beach house

A traditional New Zealand holiday house built around an old pohutokawa tree. Immediate access onto a beautiful beach. The house has everything you might want. The kayaks are ideal for exploring the bay. The host is very attentive.

Amazing Location

Traditional NZ bach with an amazing views and location.We had a lovely time.A bit hard to get your head around layout but 1 bedroom with a view at the front with 2 king SINGLE Beds and a cubby next to it with a small bed. A bunk room and another room at the back of the house with 2 king SINGLE Beds. The Queen Sized Bed is in the loft is through the garage and doesn't have a view and not as easy to use as the other rooms. Other than not understanding the bed arrangement we really liked the bach.

Yes Naomi, the layout is an interesting one. All because the construction layout was determined by the tree. Under it, over it, around it. We sometimes love it and other times when cleaning gutters or we .......... Mostly the tree adds to the charm mmm....... or not haha
