Our second time staying here

There are so many positives avobut this house that we've stayed here 2 years in a row. It's big, it has 2 bathrooms, it has a cozy and warm kichten/dining/sitting area, the ensuite master bedroom is comfie, and there's another bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's no internet, but we knew that coming in, and we survived. The internet at the library is strong, even if you sit outside in your car when the library is closed. I was a bit disappointed to see, a year later, that the picture window in the master bedroom was still cracked and covered with blue tape. Still we enjoyed our stay.

Some disappointments

Unfortunately we couldn’t possibly use the oven, it was disgustingly filthy. I have taken photographs. Also, the carpet in the main living area had obviously not been vacuumed after the previous occupants left.

Thank you for your hospitality! This was very comfortable and quite affordable with more than ample room. There was only 4 of us and there were 2 full bedrooms we didn’t even stay in. The use of your washer AND dryer was wonderful!

Perfect for our South Island stay

Property was quirky but spacious, clean and perfect for our needs.Location was great with an easy walk into the town centre.The whole family agreed that we would fedinately stay here again.

Huge House with Amazing Garden

The house was even bigger than we thought and very close to the lake walkway. The garden was lovely and a nice place to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. TeAnau is my favourite town on this holiday!

A perfect place in Te Anau

We loved staying at this perfectly located house in beautiful Te Anau! The house is large, but with many cozy spots, including the living room, the dining room table, the master bedroom where we stayed, and several outside porch alcoves. We loved coming home to relax in comfort after a day of hiking the many trails in the region. We'll definitely be back!
