Kiwi Bach classique avec une touche moderne

Chaud et confortable, le bach est bien isolĂ©, bien chauffĂ© et dispose d’une cuisine moderne. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement 2 minutes Ă  pied de l'une des plus belles plages de Nouvelle-ZĂ©lande et Ă  15 minutes en voiture du centre de Dunedin. Vous pourrez dĂ©guster un barbecue sur le pont ou vous rendre Ă  un excellent magasin de poisson-frites Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied. Nous acceptons les animaux domestiques et la propriĂ©tĂ© est bien clĂŽturĂ©e afin que votre chien puisse se promener en toute sĂ©curitĂ© autour de la pelouse.

La plage avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an est l'un des secrets les mieux gardĂ©s de Dunedin. Nous avons vĂ©cu Ă  Dunedin pendant 14 ans avant de le dĂ©couvrir en 2004 et nous vivons ici depuis. Sept kilomĂštres de sable blanc Ă  15 minutes du centre de Dunedin. Le temps est gĂ©nĂ©ralement meilleur que dans la ville avec une tempĂ©rature moyenne d’environ 2 degrĂ©s. La plage est souvent assez dĂ©serte, alors ne soyez pas surpris si vous ĂȘtes le seul humain en vue. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez peut-ĂȘtre rencontrer d'autres visiteurs, comme on voit souvent des otaries sur la plage, des otaries Ă  fourrure et des manchots sur les rochers prĂšs de Brighton.

TrÚs bel endroit et propriétaire serviable

Un trÚs bel endroit, bien maintenu, bien équipé. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à cet endroit. Lorsque notre vol a été déplacé d'une journée, il a été facile de s'entendre avec le propriétaire pour bouger notre réservation. Merci pour tout!

Great spot near the beach

Very comfortable Bach but requires a car to access shops, groceries and Dunedin attractions.The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and there was plenty of warm bedding provided.The beach is close by and very pretty.

Ultra comfy beds. Lovely and spacious. Beach is a quick wander over the sand dunes. Perfect if you want to have your dog stay with you. Easy to get to Dunedin and closest grocery store is 5 mins drive to Green Island. Easy communication with hosts.

STUNNING LOCATION!

This Bach is located across the street from a beautiful beach with stunning views! It is close enough to town (Dunedin, Green Island, Mosgiel) for food/supplies. Conveniently located not far from Otago Peninsula and lovely walking trails. It is peaceful and the beach was virtually deserted and serene
a lovely walk in mornings and evenings! The hosts are fabulous people and very responsive to any questions. Do plan on bringing most necessities for cooking. They provide basics and the kitchen is well stocked. From a price/value standpoint this is a gem!

Lovely stay in Brighton

We were so impressed with the cottage, which had two queen-size beds and twin beds in a third bedroom and two great bathrooms. The showers were great, with really good pressure. One bathroom had a washing machine and a separate dryer, which we found very useful. There was also a good-sized lounge, dining room and an excellent kitchen, though we did have a bit of a fight with the stovetop. I guess you have to get used to its controls. There was luxurious feeling carpet throughout. There was also an off-road parking spot and a nice outside seating area. What made this even more amazing was that only three weeks before the lounge and kitchen area was flooded. It was brilliant that Heather and Stan managed to have all the work done including new carpet, wallboards, painting and kitchen cupboards. You would never know to look at it that it had been so damaged such a short time ago. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Dunedin. There is still more to see and do, so we need to return soon. Stan and Heather communicated quickly and kept us up to date with progress in the house.

A+++ home away from home!

We were blown away by this pleasant little surprise property! Six of us stayed comfortably for three nights. Plenty of space for all of us and the two bathrooms were such a bonus, meaning we didn't have to stagger showers after each other. With all things needed for travelling with kids, it made the trip so much easier! It was only a short drive to the city, which was perfect.

Great spot

The Classic Kiwi Batch was clean, comfortable and very warm for our winter stay. Ocean View is a great spot, nice and quiet with easy access to the city and surrounds. Would love to return to see the upgrades that were commencing right after we left.

Wish it was closer to home.

What an absolutely treat! An amazing getaway. The house was so incredibly well set up and comfortable, we couldn't have wanted for more and the best part we could take our fur baby also. I'd highly recommend this to anyone, you won't regret booking the Bach.

Perfect for a small family

Small and cozy stay in a seaside town 15 mins from Dunedin. Flat lawn fully fenced, great for backyard cricket/rugby with the kids. Bedding good but sheets a bit crinkly/noisy for us, we prefer cotton for feel/quietness but that's just our preference. Would def stay again!
