We are within walking distance (10 minutes, down a hill) of the historic Warehouse Precinct, and the many great cafe's and eateries nearby. Journey only slightly further (15 minutes from the apartment) and you will find yourself in the Octagon, the main hub of the City Centre.

With the exception of the shared spa (which is accessed through a private gate), the house is entirely your own - with a private deck area with outdoor seating at the rear of the property.

The privately tucked away spa adds an extra touch to help you unwind - all set up and ready for you.

The bedroom can be setup with either a Super King bed, or 2x King Single beds. Additional to this another single bed.

The spa is a shared facility, situated in a private space, which is accessible from 2 other accommodations.

A regular bus service runs to and from town from High Street, a 1 minute walk from the Unit. Never far from a Neuron e-scooter.
