Lovely home with everything we needed in it , lovely views but was missing the neighbors that where a big focus of the booking (the alpacas) kids were disappointed but apart from that a great place to Stay.

Thanks for your feedback Tiffany - great to hear you enjoyed your stay. The Alpacas were there however they do get rotated around to different paddocks so they weren't right next to the house where they usually are. I believe you had a dozen sheep instead :-) Hopefully they'll be right next to the house again next time you visit. Thanks Jason

Fantastic property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this extremely well-maintained home. The house was immaculate, the kitchen was terrific, the vistas were breathtaking, and the ping pong was a nice unexpected bonus. It was a great base to explore the many activities of Rotorua.

Lovely house and view

Easy to find and lovely clean house on arrival. Enough space for us to spread out and relax. The ping pong table was a big hit with our teens.

Amazing Views

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Awesome views of Rotorua and the lake. Only marred by rain which meant the neighbour's sheep or alpacas weren't out and also about half of the cutlery and crockery wasn't clean (remnants of food).

Worked well

Great place. Great view. Really enjoyed the spa. Very relaxing after my son ran the marathon. Alpaca and deer (wild!?) Wandering around was really nice as well.

Beautiful home and incredible views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The views are stunning! We LOVED the alpacas and all the sheep! They are the perfect addition to the property! We really enjoyed the hot tub as well! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like! It was just the perfect home for our stay! We were pleased to see that there was an additional bathroom! We thought it was just one bathroom which for four people was a bit scary. There was only one shower, but having an extra toilet was perfect! I guess it’s technically 1.5 bath, but it was great for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Lovely modern home with fantastic views.

Great location and views, well appointed modern home with everything you need, would stay there again, would have given a perfect score if the oven was clean, and the neighbours drive not so close to the house.

Fabulous stay in a stunning home in a gorgeous location. Easy to find but private setting.

My partner, my two children and I stayed and absolutely loved this property. We often use bookabachs and this has been one of our fav places. And the alpacas were so adorable! The spa at night is epic as If it’s a clear night you can look up at the stars. The property is so close to town (not even a 10 min drive) but yet when your there you feel like your on a private rural property... simply awesome! We will definitely stay again 🙂

On top of the world

Perfect spot for our family getaway, great layout, unbeatable views and a table tennis table that kept us all amused for hours! The spa was great (and spotless) after our mountain biking. Best of all we were close to town and all the attractions without the feeling of being in the hustle of town.
