The Sanctuary is a stunning two bedroom executive townhouse completed in late 2023 as a purpose built holiday home. All spaces are light and bright with quality fittings to ensure you have the best stay possible in Rotorua. The entertaining area opens onto a large deck which gives access to the garden including your own stream which meanders around the boundary of the property. Relax in the spa pool at the end of the day or curl up on the couch and enjoy a movie.
The Space:
Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, conveniently separated by a full bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ideal for guests or family members. The property also features a private carport directly in front of the entrance, ensuring easy and secure parking.
Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse. This includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, a dining area, and a comfortable living space. You'll also have access to the private entrance, a garage for parking, and the backyard with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer, dryer, and wireless internet, all within the privacy of your own space.
