Spacious Queen Bedroom Walk-out Unit

Private unit that includes a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Comfortable sized space for one person. It is very recently renovated and maintained regularly.
You will have the entire unit to yourself

Wifi is included, and one parking space is provided in the driveway

The bedroom contains one queen sized bed and a mirrored closet. The living room has a fold-out couch. Both are directly adjacent to the bathroom, which includes a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances, plus a microwave, kettle, coffee machine. For dining, you will have a connected sitting/dining space with tables and chairs, along with some utensils and plates

The unit has its own entrance through the backyard, where you check yourself in via keypad. It overlooks a beautiful pond and forest behind the house, which features a trail perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The nearest bus stop and various stores like Sobeys, Longos, McDonalds, Starbucks, etc are about a 10 minute walk away. Several parks are in the area too, including Lake Wilcox Park.
30 minute drive to Downtown Toronto, 15 minute drive to Canada's Wonderland

Beautiful quiet location. Perfect space for our trip! Our first night was cold cause we didn’t notice a window above the bed, once we saw that and closed it everything was perfect.

Sherley was very welcoming and friendly. Her place was very neat and clean, not fancy but just what we needed at a reasonable price. Everything was there to accommodate our needs. Would book again if we returned to the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was outstanding — very friendly and welcoming. The space was spotless and well-kept. Our host was accommodating, showed us where to find everything, and made sure we knew to reach out if we needed anything or had any concerns. We truly felt at home and would happily stay again. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great owners! Shirley and her husband are helpful, available and kind. Perfect location for a two nights stay. We sometimes hear them talk or walk, or piping noises but nothing problematic. We really enjoyed our stay. Might return next year :)

The place was lovely, very clean and organized. The bedroom was very comfortable with bedsheets and blankets. The kitchen was a little sparse (specifically little paper towels, napkins, spices, big bowls to eat with) and we suggest having extra towels in case! Thank you!
