The second and third bedrooms also have king-size beds, dual nightstands, ceiling fans, and 50-inch smart TVs that enjoy ample sunlight. The guest bedroom shares a hallway bath, which is equipped with a shower-tub combo and a dual-sink vanity.

RULES
The minimum age for this property is 25. There is no smoking, and there are no parties. Pool Heat is not included. For the Cancellation Policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement. This home is not pet friendly.
POOL HEAT
Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.
