With nearly 4000 sq ft of indoor living space the home is ideal for a large family gathering; a small corporate gathering; your annual couples for shopping, golf and tennis trip; or a fun getaway for just the two of you. No matter the size of your party, they will be able to find a space to enjoy some well-deserved private time as well as gathering together in the common spaces.
What makes this property unique
The enormous 19000 sq ft grassed backyard will make you feel like you are at your own private 5-star resort for less money! The north west facing yard provides year round sun throughout the day while orange, grapefruit, tangerine, black berries and lime trees throughout the property provide an abundance of fresh fruit. Take a dip in the extra large & extra deep saltwater pool with a diving board. Relax in the hot jacuzzi. Grill up lunch or dinner on the built-in natural gas barbecue and dine under the covered patio at the dining table with seating for 6. After sunset, enjoy a cocktail in the lounge area in front of the propane-fueled fire table before taking an evening soak in the built-in spa. The yard has a large grass area for family fun & games. Your pet will enjoy the endless areas to wander in the pet friendly backyard.
