This property is on a small, quiet block. It has large balconies on both the north and south sides of the apartment. Street parking is unrestricted outside the property. The bedroom is large, with a queen size bed and there is a full size kitchen and bathroom.

The beach is less than a kilometre away via a walk through a park and alongside Dee Why lagoon. Dee Why shops and buses, including the B-Line are very close.

The property is normally my home and I'm adapting it for people to stay short term.
