This breathtaking cottage includes a large, open concept living room with high ceilings and lots of sunlight shining through large windows. Living room includes a comfy pull-out couch and a 55" Smart HDTV with your favourite streaming channels! Living room is combined with dining room.

The large, private backyard includes a huge deck/patio - walk down to platform deck to kick back and relax in the hot tub. Patio includes a BBQ including propane tank, outdoor dining set, outdoor patio furniture, and outdoor string lights. Relax in the Muskoka chairs surrounding the stone fire pit, and enjoy a nighttime bonfire. Access to backyard from living room and sunroom.

Large sunroom turned game and hangout room includes a ping pong table, and table for board games. The sunroom boasts abundant daylight and scenic views of the backyard greenery, with sliding doors leading straight onto the outdoor deck or master suite.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, JennAir cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, breakfast table, coffee maker, and all the plates, dishes, cups, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots & pans, BBQ utensils, and storage containers that you will need. Kitchen can be accessed from foyer and dining room.

The cottage includes 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space, 2.5 bathrooms, and a laundry unit. The master bedroom includes a 4-piece ensuite.

Guest Access:
The entire home can be accessed except the crawl space, the closet locked in the master bedroom, and the garage other than for taking the trash and recycling out upon checkout. The outdoor area (front and back) can also be accessed by guests.

A personalized code for the smart lock on the front door will be provided for you to enter the home during your stay prior to your arrival.

Parking for 5 vehicles on the driveway. Garage is not available for parking. No street parking available. Bylaw officers will ticket you if your vehicle is not on the driveway.

Guest Interaction: We will be available to chat through VRBO or via text/Whatsapp.

Other Details to Note:
- ***Guests must bring their own towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toothpaste.
- We are in a rural area and wifi speeds may be slower, especially when multiple devices are connected.
- Guests bring their own seasonal recreation equipment and gear.
- To avoid outdoor critters, bugs, and mosquitos from entering the home, please make sure to close the net promptly when moving from the backyard to the sunroom or living room, and close the front door promptly when coming inside. The last thing you want is to get bit by mosquitos while you're sleeping, trust me!
- We trust you will be careful and respectful with all our cottage's belongings, as you would in your own home. We understand that things happen and would appreciate that you replace any damaged or lost items and let us know as soon as possible so we can have it replaced or repaired before the next guest arrives.
