California King beds feature in all 3 bedrooms, the master with it's own ensuite bathroom plus a guest bathroom. Included: All linen and towels, Wifi, laundry facilities, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen & Nespresso coffee machine. Off street parking for 2 cars and and a 6m boat.

The property was immaculate, the views were stunning and it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There was no water at the property when we arrived as there was an empty reservoir in the neighbourhood which affected a lot of homes. John helped us the best he could by keeping us updated, checking on us and also providing some water supplies. While it was very inconvenient for us to manage the situation until 6 pm, when John supplied - the water did eventually come after 8:30 pm. While the entire stay was excellent and there was no complaints apart from the water issue, it really wasn’t the hosts fault - we appreciated their help, it was just a let down for the first day. We will be back again in Summer!

Location was perfect for our family of four to explore the Bay of Islands. Also easy, scenic drives to the rest of the Northland. Paihia is nearby with choices for food, coffee, shopping ,etc. Views outside are fantastic and ferry to Okiato/Russell is less than ten minutes down the hill. House itself is very welcoming with everything provided.

Thank you!The location was peaceful with spectacular views which we could have watched all day were it not for all the other activities the area offers. REALLY comfy beds and a lovely clean environment. A great family stay!
