Location.
The Villa is located in arguably the best position on Hamilton Island, with spectacular views overlooking Catseye Beach and the Whitsunday Passage. It is also just a short walk or buggy ride from all of the Island's key attractions. The home is equipped with two electric buggies for your exclusive use, as well as a large garage.

Rooms.
There are six spacious and modern bedrooms - each with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, four of the other rooms have a queen bed, and the sixth bedroom is a self-contained studio - with a king bed as well as two trundle beds. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Ideal for groups.
With multiple living areas, an inviting open-plan layout and large pool and outdoor entertaining area, this home is ideal for larger families.

Kitchen.
A fully-equipped kitchen makes self-catering and entertaining a breeze. As part of your package, kids accompanied by an adult can also eat free at Hamilton Island's Sails Restaurant and Pool Terrace Restaurant during your stay.

Pool.
This Villa features a spacious, private pool surrounded by a tropical garden. There is also a covered alfresco entertaining area with BBQ.

Luxury.
This stunning home offers all the comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable holiday, including broadband internet, flatscreen TVs, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, as well as a well-equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Buggies.
2x 4 seater golf buggies are included with this home for your exclusive use during your stay. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
