The home has an abundance of natural light, most rooms have their own private patio/balcony .
We have a new chefs kitchen installed in 2023, with everything you could possible need for a wonderful relaxing holiday.
We have a huge retreat/games/theater room with a state of the art projector.
We have four bedrooms with comfy new mattresses and high end linens. Also two other sleeping areas, a queen pull out couch in the movie theater room with its own bathroom, as well as two single beds in a small room off the living area overlooking the pool and private walled garden.
The pool, spa and garden area are surrounded by a high stone wall which makes our home extremely private. We have a built in BBQ , comfy outdoor couches on all balconies/ patios.

So much space for your group , we also have private parking for four mid sized vehicles.
Thirroul is a vibrant surf town just one hour south of Sydney, so great for weekends away.
The restaurants and bars in our beach town are on par with Sydney.
Great coffee shops the list goes on.
