Every city has its secret pockets and Yeronga is one of Brisbane's best. We are set on a quiet street one block back from the riverside mansions, with nearby parks and restaurants, quaint local markets, easy public transport connections, a fantastic aquatic centre, and beautiful riverside walks and cycle tracks at your door. Only 5 kms from the CBD, with local bus, train and river cat services. Near Uni of Qld UQ, Golf Club, Tennis Centre, hospitals.
Welcome to your fully self-contained, light filled and spacious two bedroom garden apartment on the ground floor of our two storey home. We are available for tips to help you have a great visit to dynamic Brisbane, while respecting your privacy.
Start your day with a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the scenic riverfront, where you'll encounter picturesque parks (did you see the horses?), playgrounds, and tranquil picnic spots. With its welcoming community spirit and proximity to Brisbane's city centre, riverside Yeronga offers a charming blend of natural beauty and urban amenities.
Both bedrooms offer private leafy outlooks with comfortable queen size beds, luxury linens and built in wardrobes. Quality kitchen and laundry appliances have been selected for your use.
You will have a full bathroom with separate bath and shower, thick cotton towelling, plus a second toilet room within the separate laundry which opens to a side granite paved courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drinks.
A home office with ergonomic chair, good lighting and adjacent shelving is ready for you along with guest wifi. The powerful air conditioner cools and heats the whole apartment, boosted by ceiling fans and bathroom heating.
Many of Brisbane's best attractions are only 5-10 minutes drive away like South Bank, the Cultural Precinct, West End, The Gabba, South City Square, Kangaroo Point, Queensland Tennis Centre, Brisbane Golf Club, Rocklea Markets, major hospitals. a choice of cinemas. The University of Queensland (UQ) is connected across the river by the Eleanor Schonell green bridge. An easy 15-20 minutes will get you to most of the best places Brisbane has to offer such as Queen Street Mall, Howard Smith Wharves, Suncorp Stadium, Ballymore Stadium, several Westfield shopping complexes and other university campuses. Many major hospitals are nearby.
