Any report of noise violation will be cause for a forfeit of deposit. 2. Keep doors and windows secure from intrusions. Do not leave valuable in front or on walkways. 3. The laundry room is a shared space. Owners are not responsible for any valuables lost or stolen from shared areas. 4. The garage is a shared space owner; is not responsible for anything lost or stolen from this common area. There one parking space in the garage for unit C. Please park on the left side of the garage. Garage is shared with Unit A. 5. There is a Ring doorbell on the property. 6. Owners are not responsible for items left at the property after check out. When possible, if shipping is paid by the Guest, owners will mail forgotten items. 7. Renter acknowledges that the rented property is not childproof. This property has stairs. In addition, the property may have plate glass windows or features; the Renter should not expect tempered or safety glass throughout the property. The safety of children, therefore, depends on Renter. Personal supervision is required to avoid the risk of severe injury and/or death. Renter agrees to assume full responsibility for all risks to any children, as well as visitors, in the rented property, including without limitation, bodily injury, accident, illness, paralysis, death, or loss of personal property to the fullest extent permitted by law, irrespective of any alleged negligence by the Owner.

Amazing Place and Location
This place was just as advertised, very close to the beach, you can even walk there. There are plenty of shops & restaurants within walking distance as well. Definitely going to stay here if we are in this area again!
This cottage was a perfect place for our family to stay while visiting for my son’s college graduation. Every amenity you need, perfect location to walk to beach, restaurants and shops. The property manager was exceptional - so easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
This is the perfect spot for walking to the beach or to neighborhood shops. The check in process was easy and the place was clean and organized.

wonderful getaway!
Scott and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Coral Cottage. It was exactly what we were looking for--spacious, clean, comfortable, and simply lovely. The location is perfection, and the hosts were gracious and responsive. We look forward to returning.
We had a great time! The property was right between the beach and PCH with all its fabulous restaurants. The unit it self was the perfect size and we wanted for nothing.
Great property exactly as advertised! Quiet neighborhood close to the beach and local food/shops. Beds were super comfy and this place was great for a family weekend.
Location was awesome! 5-10minute walk to beach in one direction and 5-10 minutes to local shops/ restaurants. Apartment was clean and newly updated. Would highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as described. It had everything that we needed and was beautifully furnished. The neighborhood was amazing. A very short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance not to mention thew adorable community of Corona del Mar. We did not want to leave.

Great Experience
Great place, fantastic experience. This place is 5 mins walk in a beautiful neighborhood and close to restaurants, state parks and shopping.
The unit is roomy, clean and has everything that I needed. Thanks!
The unit was very comfortable for our family of 4. There were plenty of towels, toiletries and kitchen items. The location was perfect and easy access to the beach. Loved having lots of beach gear.
This unit has three options run by Jen and they are all fabulous. I have returned many times. Close to the ocean, close to restaurants and stores, gorgeous neighborhood.. This one bedroom is just perfect.
Nearly everything was perfect -- A great location, clean unit, accurate description, comfortable beds, communication with the manager, etc. However, the property needed a couple of maintenance items--specifically underneath the kitchen sink was missing a small section of LVP flooring, the door trim above the king bedroom door had some water damage from the wall AC unit, and the bunk bed frame was fairly loose. These are all minor, easy repairs, and the place was great. We'd stay there again for the location alone.

Beautiful home, close to beach, and full of amenities!

I was worried about the short walk to the beach with my little kids, but it really was so close and they could do it easily. The owner was very quick to respond to any question we had and checked in throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. Having the spot in the garage was amazing as we didn’t have to search for parking anytime we returned back to the home. They also had SO many amenities for the beach. We brought a wagon, stroller, sand toys and cooler from home, but they already have them for each guest to use! I will keep that in mind for our next stay. We loved it, and will definitely be back.

We're a local family who loves the area and wanted to get into the vacation rental business to share our love of Corona Del Mar with others. We love to travel and set this home up as if it was somewhere we'd love to stay.
Why they chose this property
This one bedroom, one bath is the middle unit of the triplex on the ocean side of PCH. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a small dining area to enjoy meals. The windows and doors have all been replaced as well as new kitchen appliances and cabinets. We have made this apartment comfortable and relaxing with the decor and AC and heating window units. The property has a shared wall with Unit A and the laundry room. Neighbors are close. There is a small bistro set outside the front door. It provides a small area to relax outside.
