Our spacious 1200 sq ft basement apartment is super clean, comfortable, and bright, creating an ideal environment for relaxation.
With abundant natural light, a soothing ambiance, and all the essentials, this space is perfect for enjoying a restful stay.
The living room, complete with a fireplace, bar, and plush leather sofas, creates a unique space to watch movies on a 55” Sony TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
The bedroom offers luxurious, pristine bedding and a high-end Tempur-Pedic mattress, ensuring a deep, restorative sleep comparable to a 4+ star hotel experience.
Our guests love the spacious, spotless bathroom, ideal for relaxing showers and the toilet is equipped with a quality spray bidet for added comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen has all appliances and cooking essentials. It integrates with the open living area, featuring a 6-seater marble top dining table with four comfortable and soft chairs. A candlelit dinner with background music can create an unforgettable atmosphere.

- The bus stop to Mississauga City Center is a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
- Erindale GO Station is a 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk, with GO trains reaching Downtown Toronto in just 40 minutes.
Neighborhood:
We are located near Springfield Park, which features a playground and the Erindale Outdoor Swimming Pool, the apartment is an 8-minute walk (600m) to the Erindale Park, the largest park in Mississauga. This 220-acre park offers walking trails, wildlife habitats, picnic and BBQ areas, playgrounds, splash pads, outdoor sports, and fishing.
House Rules:
1. No Smoking: Smoking (cigarette, vape, weed, or any type) is strictly prohibited in the property area (inside the unit or backyard).
2. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
3. No Outdoor Shoes Inside: To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes when entering the house. A dedicated outdoor shoe rack is available in the sunroom at the entrance. Guests will be provided with new disposable slippers.
4. No Unregistered Guests: Only the registered guests on the booking are allowed on the property. Visitors or overnight guests who are not included in the booking are strictly prohibited.
5. Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time, including music, conversations, or any other activities that could disturb others in the house.
6. Respectful Conduct: The property is a family-friendly environment. Guests are expected to always behave respectfully. Any behavior that disrupts the comfort or safety of others, including excessive noise or inappropriate activities, is not acceptable and may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
