The home was clean, in a great location for visiting all over Savannah & Tybee Island. Easy access to anywhere you might want to go. Had everything you could ever need and probably anything you might have forgotten to pack. Game room was fantastic for the kids. Backyard was great if traveling with dogs. Friendly, helpful host. Cute little comfortable home! Located about 15 minutes from downtown Savannah, this home was perfect for our stay. The space was clean and had all of the things we needed! We would have liked access to more towels and a suggestion might be to have a few beach towels available, but overall a nice place and good experience.

We loved this place! We thought it was a good distance between Savannah and Tybee Island, which was perfect for us since we did things at both places during our stay. I liked that it was in a quiet residential neighborhood since we have kids. They enjoyed the game room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families staying in the area.

I brought my family to Savannah for a vacation and to attend my graduation. It's a beautiful home and seeing that I had 3 children with me, I love that it was very family friendly. I'm fond of sitting outside so I enjoyed the seating out there as well. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The separate game room for the kids was perfect. Fenced in backyard. In between the beach and downtown so it was a great location. Supermarket less than 1 mile away and a great ice cream shop in same shopping center. Enough parking and layout of house really worked for our needs. Owner was very attentive as I had a couple of questions. Would absolutely recommend!

What a wonderful home! The attention to detail on everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was amazing! All the little things to make your stay more enjoyable was thoughtfully provided. My kids, ages 16 -8, absolutely enjoyed the game room for hours😁 The house is in perfect location from Tybee beach and historic Savannah. My wife and I highly recommend this home for your next Savannah vacation!

The house was nice and clean, perfect size for us. The kids gameroom was great for the grandkids. They absolutely loved it. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house. It is close to alot of attractions and restaurants. Close to Tybee Island, which was great. I would definitely rent this house again for my next trip to Savannah. Highly recommend 👌

Great location

We had a wonderful stay! We spent a day in Savannah and the rest of the time in Tybee. Easy drive to both. We traveled with our 3 children and they loved the game room! The owners were very thoughtful of the little extras- cooking spices, paper towels, bathroom toiletries. Roy, the owner, was very easy to communicate with. We were even able to get in a little early which was so appreciated! Definitely recommend

Our host was amazing! Everything we forgot was there. It was just the two of us but omg the game room was superb! The backyard for our two dogs was great! Secure fence! Which is of the upmost importance with 2 sweet dogs! We found a couple of items that we wanted for our home and we asked the host where he got it and immediately sent us a link! Very responsive! The music theme and decor was great!! There’s a gracious plenty room for 2 families! Very clean and great assortment of coffees too! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you for being such a great host!

Girls trip

We had such a fun time on Tybee Island. My daughter and 2 granddaughters take a girls trip each year and we chose the beach this time. Our location on Ropemaker Lane was ideal. Our vacation home was perfect in every way and we would stay here again. The game room was a big hit. And if we weren’t at the beach, out to dinner, doing an escape room, shopping, or taking a sunset dolphin cruise we spent our time playing games at the dining room table. Excellent Location, Thoughtful Space

We chose this location because we planned on spending time in downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach. This home was about 15 minutes of easy driving to each.The home has clearly actually been used by the homeowner. The layout made sense, there was plenty of storage and counter space, the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. We were very happy with the communication with the owner too.DOGSWe brought our two medium sized dogs and they were happy and safe in the fenced in backyard. We brought our own food and water bowls, waste bags, and crates with dog beds. We did not see any in the home. Be aware there are a lot of outdoor cats in the area.INFANTWe stayed with a crawling and cruising 12 month old. The home was safe for her to move around with a few quick adjustments. We appreciated the cordless blackout blinds and covered cords. They also had a booster seat to add to dining chairs for her to eat safely and we brought our own toddler eating tools.

Amazing house and service

I stayed here with my kids and dogs and have only good things to say about this house! Great location - between Tybee and Savannah. Easy drive to both locations. My kids (pre teen and teen) loved the game room and were well entertained! The fenced yard was perfect for my 2 big dogs. It was a perfect place for our family! Plus the house was well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable! Cozy beds with lots of soft blankets, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms (towels / shampoo/conditioner/body wash), and a new washer / dryer. Special touches such as teas and sweeteners made it feel like we were pampered. Lots of games too! Nice big screen TVs. The owner was responsive and even gave us some fun suggestions for places to visit! I’ve stayed at a lot of rental houses, and the owner was top notch and took pride in this property. He ensured that we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. I will be back and highly recommend this property!

Great location to explore Savannah

We very much enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. It’s conveniently located such that driving to anything we wanted to see or do was easy. We explored downtown Savannah, Tybee area and even a day trip to Bluffton and Hilton Head, all very easy to access from this location. The home had everything we needed and the owner was very nice to work with, even when we had a little incident in the home with our fur baby! We stayed for 2 weeks and I would recommend to anyone looking for a quaint and cozy retreat while exploring the area.
