Sunny 2 bedroom home with magnificent lake views.

Positioned on the Kelvin Peninsula, known for its year round all day sun is a fabulous warm comfortable holiday home on one level. Spectacular panoramic mountain and lake views make this picture postcard perfect.

This magical getaway, is conveniently located near the airport, Frankton and the Remarkables Shopping centre yet away from the noise and congestion of downtown Queenstown.

This home is styled with modern furniture and offers spacious open plan living combining lounge, dining and kitchen. Large sliding doors lead to a sunny deck. The home has ducted heating and a cosey gas fire.

Two generous sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each have a comfortable queen sized bed with soft duvet and electric blanket looking out to stunning views of the lake and Coronet Peak.

Located 20 metres down a sloping driveway there is parking for 1 car right next to the house.

The house is fully equipped with all linen supplied.

A five minute stroll takes you to the lake and walking track. The track follows the lake from Jacks point to Queenstown and links with all the other fantastic Wakatipu trails to Lake Hayes, Arrowtown and the Gibbston Wine Trail. Choose from a range of sporting activities whether it be hiking, biking, skiing, croquet or tennis – it is all nearby and easy to get to.

A five minute walk along the lake track takes you to the Hilton Hotel where you can enjoy a coffee with fresh pastries from the deli which also offers a selection of grocery items. Be pampered in their luxury spa or have a relaxing treatment at the hairdressers. There is a choice of bars after a day exploring or skiing, as well as casual or fine dining restaurants. Ski and bicycle hire are also available.

We loved this place. The photos online do not really capture the stunning views. The place itself was perfect for four adults. It’s very clean and modern. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and are located at either end of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and it was nice to have a large table and chairs to eat dinner together. I did have a question when we were there and Jon answered quickly. Location is close to airport and town and there is a restaurant at a hotel within walking distance of the house.

Cleanliness somewhat needs improvement. Kitchen utensils quite adequate, except for the dented pans. Thx the host for replacing another one. Seasoning sauces available, aware that a of expired dates. No sugar. TV has nearly all functions, but a bit outdated. Pillows too soft. In general, all other things up to expectations.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Excellent house by the water in Queenstown. Would definitely suggest having a car in order to get around. Kitchen was well equipped for minor cooking.

Stunning Views - Queenstown

Loved this VRBO, stunning views, spacious-open floor plan. Quiet, away from the town of Queenstown but also just a short drive to get into town. Enjoyed this getaway very much.

Beautiful views

The stay was great! The view was amazing from all parts of the home. Nice big showers and a clean and well kept property. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pans. It was also a great size. Overall amazing, the only thing I think could change is adding small rubbish cans in the bathrooms because there is only a very small one in the kitchen. Which can get full quick if it’s a full house. Besides that it was a great stay and we would love to go back.

Perfect

Host was lovely and very communicative, the house was beautiful and the location was very nice. It was close to shops in frankton and close to lakes for a pretty swim. Would definitely stay here again as the house was very clean and view was beautiful. We broke a glass on accident and host was very understanding. Would recommend to everyone.

An Exceptional Stay in QueenstownOur stay at this property was truly memorable. The views from the property were absolutely stunning—one of the highlights of our trip. The place was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and quite close to the CBD, making it an ideal base for exploring Queenstown.The host went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they also demonstrated incredible kindness when we accidentally left a bag behind. They promptly contacted us and went out of their way to ship it back to us at no cost.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Queenstown!
