Our carefully curated home exudes warmth and comfort, having been meticulously renovated in April 2024 to provide a serene and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living area seamlessly integrates the lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces, perfect for effortless socializing or relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and cookware, making meal preparation a breeze.

Retreat to one of the two spacious bedrooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The well-appointed bathroom features premium fixtures and amenities, ensuring a rejuvenating experience. Enjoy a range of entertainment options on the 50-inch Smart TV, or unwind in comfort with the air conditioner (heat pump) providing year-round climate control.

Additional conveniences include a washer, dryer, and ironing board for your convenience.

BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:
Master Bedroom: Queen Size Bed
Second Bedroom: Two single beds that can be zipped together into a Super King size bed
*If you would like the second bedroom to have the super king size bed, you must let us know at least three days prior to your reservation. Otherwise, there will be a $100 fee to come out and change the bedding.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Please note: this listing is for the lower unit. There is no internal access between this apartment and the house above.

Please be aware that the hot water cylinder is not unlimited and only has a 200 Litre capacity. Having a bath or several long showers will reduce the hot water supply significantly. Recovery time for the water to heat up again is approximately one to two hours. We recommend limiting your showers to approx. 5 minutes each person to conserve enough hot water for everyone.

Guest Access:
Two dedicated parking spaces ensure ease of access to this stunning retreat.

You will have access to the entire apartment (the lower level of the house)

**There is another house above the apartment which is also a short term holiday rental. There is no internal access between the lower apartment and the house**

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful. Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

It is a very quiet neighbourhood... centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

The house has a slightly sloped driveway and a car port (open garage) for parking.
