Located on Little Elkhart Lake walking distance to Road America. Private 450' of waterfront on a peninsula with undeveloped natural view across lake. Four bedroom, three and a half bathrooms with kitchen, family room, screen porch, pool table room, large deck and fire pit. Nine minutes from Nutt Hill Skiing Area that has three ski runs, snowboarding and tubing with a magic carpet to take you to the top.

Pier and anchored swimming raft plus fishing rowboat, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat and other water toys included in rental. Walk right into the water and enjoy this small quiet lake popular for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Life vests available.

Parking available for four cars. One minute to Road America, 5 minutes to downtown Elkhart Lake. Plenty of room to relax on one of the most peaceful, private lakefront properties around. Bunk bed room with three bunk bed sets will be fun for kids. A pack and play, baby gate and child monitor is available. This area is a great destination for golf, Road America, lovely cafes and shops, horseback riding around the lake, a great swimming beach 5 minutes away on Elkhart Lake.

Winter activities are plentiful. Ice fishing and skating or just pulling a sled over the lake is fun. There is a sledding hill and ice skating rink just a few minutes away. Nutt Hill Ski and Tubing is nine minutes away. The "magic carpet" takes you to the top. Rent cross country skis or snowshoes from Osthoff in Elkhart Lake three miles away. So much winter fun!

What a wonderful home base for our trip to celebrate a wedding! The home had plenty of space for our family of eight and was a hit for the little kids, the teens, and the adults due to the many games and water craft available. This home was the most well stocked Vrbo in which I’ve stayed, with all the household essentials and kitchen amenities a family could need. It was impeccably clean and well arranged. We could hear the track at road America at times (of course) but even the revving engines couldn’t spoil the tranquility of the home and surroundings. The kids are asking when we can return and we are still on the road home!

Beautiful Lake House

I cannot express how amazing this property is. The owners have thought of everything to make this place so homey and comfortable. I wish we were staying longer. From the comfy blankets next to the couch, to the stashes of beach towels, the bathroom accessories and fully stocked kitchen. The lakeside has all the water toys you could want. The raft in the lake was not accessible as the ladder rungs were installed upside down so unable to step on them, but they can easily fix. The outdoor chess set was a huge hit and the outdoor lights at night added a touch of magic. Loved lounging in the hammocks and using the outdoor grill and patio! Only suggestion to improve is to sharpen or replace the knives in the kitchen. If I could give this place 10 out of 5 stars I would. Brilliant escape!

Lovely lake house!

Sue was communicative and kind, we really appreciated that the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and the two basement bedrooms can sleep 4 people each (with bunkbeds and trundle). The property has everything that you would need for lake fun--paddle boards, kayaks, life vests, hammocks, etc. Our only thing was that it's very cold in the basement when you run the AC, and, being close to the lake, there were spots of goose poop and lots of cobwebs that we had to clean. Our group was pretty mobile, but if anyone has mobility issues, the walkway down to the lake is not level and you could not navigate with a walker or a stroller very easily. Overall, location is picturesque!!! You cannot convince me that there is a better lake, but be aware that the noise from the racetrack IS loud (the weekend we were there was a BMW event). Overall, lovely rental.

Great Family Stay for Road America

We were in town with family from several parts of the country to watch the motorcycles at Road America. This home was a perfect option. Very close to the track. Easy for family dinners and dinners together. We got to enjoy fishing, fire pit and water toys when not at the races. And the sunset was gorg!

Lovely home ready for adventures

Came for our annual boys retreat. My son and my nephews for a weekend of fishing, kayaking, games and campfires. We were not disappointed. More games than you could play in a week, including a custom escape room tailored to the house’s history. Fishing was fair, and the lake was awesome for kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding with beautiful views of course! It was too cold to swim, but the lake is healthy, so I have little doubt it’s great when it warms up. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about any pan or utensil you could possibly need, including a filtered water, coffee machine and kerig. Everyone enjoy the stay and we’d rent again!

Beautiful Property

We have a rather large family, and there was something to do for everyone. The kids spent all day fishing, the adults enjoyed the all the kayaking and SUPS. We especially loved the fact that the lake is small and we could let the kids go out on the kayaks and not have to worry. This really is the perfect place. We loved it here.

Perfect in every way!

This property had it all. Not only was it a beautiful setting on the peninsula, but they thought of everything to make our stay complete. From kayaks, paddleboards, hammocks, pedal boat, life jackets, and beach towels to a newly added game room in the garage. My grandchildren were over the moon happy! The kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfy. What a surprise to find an Escape Box that had been meticulously created. Such a fun and unexpected idea. We were there for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely go back.

Perfect getaway!

We had the most wonderful vacation all thanks to Sue and her beautiful home! This rental was beyond perfect for our family. Having direct lake access and tons of watercraft activities was the best, we especially loved lily pad to float on. Very spacious entire backyard leading into lake with plenty of seating options, plus a lovely deck and patio table coming right off kitchen - perfect spot for family dinner during sunset. Interior was all just as impressive. Modern kitchen with everything for home-cooked meals and we loved all the counter space along with the island. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well for all. So appreciated all the extra towels and blankets throughout the space. Meticulously clean as well! On top of the house itself, Sue was a gem to work with. So responsive, always helped with questions pre and during trip and just made the process so smooth. We are already looking to come back next year! Our dog especially demands it for how much fun she had in the water🐾

Beautiful stay at this lovely lake house

This is our second time staying at this property. It is clean, comfortable, well – appointed, and spacious. We absolutely love the location. It’s the best spot for watching the fireworks from the nearby camp on the 3rd of July! This house has everything we need, inside and outside. A beautiful place to relax and unwind together as a family!

Family Get A Way

Stayed for a week to enjoy life on the lake. Hosts provided virtually everything you could imagine, coffee, complete kitchen set up, outdoor water toys and firepit, indoor games, washer/dryer, plenty of towels and blankets. Never needed to leave for anything although we enjoyed a couple of excursions to nearby Plymouth. Fun to see the kids from Camp Anokijig enjoying the lake.Thanks to Susan and Jerry

Great stay

Despite being on a road with several houses, this property is located at the end penninsula and is very private. The property slopes down to the water and it was very easy for swimmers and watercraft to get in and out of the water. Quiet lake was perfect size for small watercraft use. Great views, great kitchen, perfect coffee/drink station, plenty of places to sit independently or gather as a group, including nice benches near firepit area. Consider regulating airflow upon arrival so basement rooms aren't freezing while top floor bedroom is hot come bed time. But very manageable between extra blankets and fans. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider staying again!

We have rented out many of our properties over the years and decided to use VRBO for this new property to streamline registrations for our customers. My husband and I want to do the best we can to make you feel comfortable and relaxed on your vacation. When we go on vacation, we love comfortable beds and linens, lots of comfy and clean seating arrangements, activities for the kids and grandkids and a general sense of cleanliness and well taken care of property. We hope to help you build some great memories here at Birch Point.

I chose this property for the area and the beautiful, clean lake. So excited that my grandkids and I can paddle out to the little island and back. The point is nice to swim on and you can see an abundance of fish through the clear water. Nice and quiet yet we can walk to Road America for some noisy fun. Elkhart Lake is 3 miles away and has a beach, Tiki Bar, shops and restaurants and an adorable ambiance. There are 18 golf courses in the area, a deer petting zoo, winery and tons of places to reasonably rent hydrocyles, pontoon boats and more.

Private lake point with swimming raft, pier, lots of watercraft and privacy. Up north feel but easy to get to. Right off a main highway. Coming from the south is almost all interstate driving. Garage parking. Asphalt circle for the kids to play on scooters or bikes. Lots of water toys. Nice upscale kitchen and appliances. Very clean and comfy.
