We are labeled 4 stars by the Ministry of Tourism. The house overlooks the sea, close to Kermagen beach. You will appreciate it for its modern comfort, its refined decoration, the panoramic sight, full west, with sunset on the sea, the location at the water's edge, its beautiful landscaped garden, the calm and the impression of being at the end of the world, without being isolated.
The space
The living room of 70 sqm with adjustable wood stove and panoramic sea view is a bright living room, romantic and very pleasant whatever the weather. Fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms each have a bathroom and toilet. They each have independent access: through the main entrance you can access the bedroom 1 (blue) which is upstairs and is equipped with a king size bed (160x200). It also has an office area. Bathroom. Bedroom 2 (yellow) has access only from the outside on the ground floor with 2 beds 90x200. Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 (red) is in the very comfortable cottage in the garden, with a king size bed (160x200). It is equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet. As 2 rooms are accessible only through the garden (one at the garden level through the outside, the other in a small independent cottage), Seaview is ideal for couples and teenagers who want a certain independence.
If you have a baby, we can provide an equipped umbrella bed, a high chair (vintage) and a small bath, which we can put in the office room adjacent to the blue bedroom (the desk is foldable).
Guest access
All the property is accessible with 3700 sqm of landscaped garden (rocks, lawn, fruit trees). It overlooks the GR34 hiking path and the sea. 3 cars can easily park in the property. Bicycles can be rented in the village of Pleubian, where you will also find a supermarket, a market and shops. The house is located near the emblematic places of Côtes-d'Armor (Paimpol, Sillon Talbert, Ile-de-Bréhat, pink granite coast, Perros-Guirrec, ...).

We provide you with slippers so that you feel like "at home". Wifi ADSL. Barbecue.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
For your baby, we can provide a baby bed (cot with parrure), a high chair and a small bath.
