Looking for the ultimate beach holiday, then this self-contained beach apartment has everything & more. It is directly across the road from the pristine foreshore of CAPEL SOUND.
The balcony faces the beach & is in the fabulous strip of shops which host great restaurants, a bar, a laundrette , an Ice cream parlour & a local bottle shop.
This beach apartment has 2 bedrooms which sleeps 4 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking equipment & a BBQ on the balcony.

CAPEL SOUND is situated between Rosebud & Rye & is in the ideal location to sightsee all the local attractions on the Mornington Peninsula.

Wineries, Galleries, Local restaurants & Cafes, Golf courses, The EAGLE in Dromana, the Rye Carnival, Many beaches, Local Pubs, Shopping in Sorrento & the list goes on with so much to see & do.

Perfect little get away

Great location, across from the beach and a very short drive to shops, cafe’s and restaurants. Our host couldn’t be more accommodating. It’s our second stay.

Three of us stayed for just one night. The apartment was clean and spacious, in a great location. Excellent communication from the host, and check in was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Overall I could not fault our stay. Simone made the self check in process very easy and was quick to respond to any queries we had. Property provided a parking space which made life a lot easier. Property was clean and had everything we needed (included a washing machine and clothes hoarse for drying any washing). Our host even provided little treats for us in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Location was beautiful and close by to other ready to explore areas. We did not need to access public transport but noted several bus stops close by should you need this option. Would highly recommend Simone and their property to other travellers passing through the area.

Great Location

A cozy apartment with secure, private undercover parking, just steps from the beach and a short stroll to the shops makes for the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. Having crepes and ice cream right next door to enjoy whenever you want!! A great spot to enjoy both comfort and easy access to everything you need.

Check in was absolutely ideal as was the location. Secure parking on site was absolutely brilliant. There is a reverse cycle air con in the living area and a small heater in one of the bedroom, leaving the second bedroom with no heating which was not ideal. The kitchen could use some sharper knives and a bit more overall kitchen equipment to make it more comfortable. It wasn’t lacking but was basic and just enough for 4 people.

Perfectly sized apartment, sleeps 4 easily. Great outdoor balcony to relax and eat meals. Above shops but virtually no noise except from the cars if you leave the doors open otherwise very quiet. 3 min walk to the beach. Close to supermarkets & cafes also 10 mins to Gunamatta beach,

Beautiful apartment

Nice, large modern apartment. Plenty of space, full kitchen and balcony. TVs in both bedrooms and the lounge room. Easy check in and good communication from the host. We had a lovely time!

Definitely recommend

The check-in process was incredibly easy. As was access to the apartment. Close to shops was a bonus. We also found it was centrally located for what we needed.The apartment was well equipped with linen, fan, hair-dryer, wifi and other things. Very happy with this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Simones communication and friendliness was an added bonus. Thank you.

One night stay

The linen was really dusty and dirty. One of the bedrooms didn't have a fan/ AC. Overall all it's a nice place to stay, kitchen and balcony were spot on clean. But the host should definitely consider keeping the linen and towels super clean.

Well appointed and convenient location

Clean first floor apartment. Stairs would probably not suit someone with infirmities. Furnishings and fittings looked new. Living area opens out to a balcony which has seating and a BBQ (not tried), but this overlooks the main road so it's a bit noisy, although we couldn't hear the traffic in the bedroom. Bathroom could do with a couple of hooks and / or a towel rail. Overall a great place to stay for a few days.
